Her salary is because she's become part of Big Brother; but has she been a big success anywhere else? She's popular, which is why she's wanted for other jobs, and she doesn't make too many embarrassing mistakes, which helps her get them; but if it weren't for Big Brother, she'd be a minor figure at best.
Anyway, Dermot's the one I can most stand to watch; Russell has the most natural wit and ability to think on his feet; and Davina's shouting style is only a bit less irritating than Russle's manic gestures. So Dermot wins.
