Yes, well done Inspiration. I have been looking for a thread that doesn't contain either truly vile comments about Lesley and/or truly mind-boggling stories of poor ickle Sam.

Why is it that nobody in the house has taken to Sam? Is it really because they are all nasty bullies? Or could it possibly be that Sam is the only one out of the group that has made absolutely no effort whatsoever to 'embrace the experience'? That she really is quite unpleasant to be around?

Derek's behaviour, as shown tonight, really was quite shocking. But instead of making me feel sorry for Sam (although I did a bit) it made me wonder how on earth she had managed to push him to that? Derek has played the game, has managed to contain his frustration with 'these ghaastly people', has talked, laughed, engaged, yeah and been a prat sometimes, but all in all he's been up for it. He has generally been well-mannered. But something about Sam was clearly the last straw for him, just as it seems to be for a lot of the HMs. None of them like her. Why is that? Maybe she should never have been selected. I don't know.

All I know is that when I was on the point of feeling sorry for her in the diary room, when she was talking about bullying, she blew it all by smirking at the camera and saying something about being sweet and the public laughing along with her, meanwhile stroking her carefully posed bare legs. And suddenly I felt an intense dislike for her.

Maybe that is what the HMs are feeling from her every day.

Sigh. Glad to get that off my (medium-sized) chest.
