The hand over to David Tennant is during the Christmas special isn't it?
Christopher Eccelston is signed up to the Christmas special.

So if the Controller beamed them out of Kyoto or wherever in the 1300s that means she has access to time technology?

Fair enough Beth, I'll stop doing it from now on, but could you and your fellow mods please look very seriously at the case for a ScFi/Fantasy/Cult TV forum - I'm sure it would be used and posted on very regularly and would prove a popluar edition to DS.

But maybe he is only signed up for the reveal of the story, perhaps they are going to leave us with a cliffhanger and 100 unanswered questions till then.

I think Nabil (who also played Sil) would be happy to play Davros again - he's a good actor, and would laugh at the suggestion that he shouldn't play Davros again because of his physical disability.

Dalek, from the episode 'Dalek'.

Seems it didn't self-destruct after all.”

Yeah, I thought that at the time but then discarded that theory.

But I think we're to be left on an enormous - what has happened to the Doctor? cliffhanger

OK, disclaimer quote

"If you're concerned by the thought that the universe has been irrevocably altered by an enormous experiment in neuro-linguistic programming, then just tell yourself "The Bad Wolf is not real. The Bad Wolf is not real. The Bad Wolf is not real."

Rose - Are you there? Are you getting this? You've got the point, haven't you? Rose...? "

We know what CGI can do - half a million daleks - so maybe it's going to be ...not the reality it seems ... after all, 'taint bad wolves

I dont think Nabil played Davros, I know he played sil but dont think he played Davros, did he?

I love Nabil Shaban but not because of his being Davros for something he wrote one time, I'm sure he would happily play davros, but whether the beeb would actually do it.......
The whole Bad Wolf conspiracy is down to one evil cripple in a wheelchair....this is 2005.....I really doubt it. I'd be shocked if they did.

I'm sorry i was wrong about Nabil playing Davros he didn't it was David Goodison (i think) now i feel like a ****

You may have already noticed this - but on the badwolf website - on the page of revelations - linked here:
http://www.badwolf.org.uk/revelations.html

at the bottom it says "can there be clues in music?"

If you play the last piece of music "Big Bad Wolf - French Chansons"- it is interupted (warning - this scared me so much when I heard it first)

I have listened to what it says - it is a chilling warning i think. I know the poem very well (one I know off by heart). It is William Blake's 'The Sick Rose':

O rose, thou art sick!
The invisible worm
That flies in the night,
In the howling storm,

Has found out thy bed
Of crimson joy,
And his dark secret love
Does thy life destroy.

Stunning.

I was a bit worried at the start, that it may be a be insipid, but it soon got it's feet, and turned into high action drama.

There are so many theories regarding who is going to be in charge of the Daleks that I'm a bit confused!

The only thing I will say, is that RTD wrote this show as much for new viewers as fans, so he will obviously write a denounement for both, which makes me think that it will be Adam,so there will be a relevance for the new viewers as well as the fans.

Good show.
Not the best, but it did a good job of leading up to next weeks.

Slightly off topic...

I'm not convinced CE is leaving....I'm getting more and more convinced it's all a huge double bluff.

I don't doubt David Tennent (sp?) will appear in a few episodes, but I really can't see CE leaving after a single series.

So DW's secret love for Rose is destroying her and he is the Bad Wolf.

Perhaps?

Yep I posted this in the last thread - it is actually NOT QUITE the Blake poem....the speakers says:

"Rose thou art sick
The invisible Worm That
Flies in the night Through
The Howling Storm And
Invaded Thy Crimson Bed
And Doth Thy Life Destroy"
