I was a bit nervous about this episode, after all the hype and the "celeb" guests, it had the potential to be really disappointing.

It was EFFING BRILLIANT!! Deffo one of the best!!

I have to say I was rather dreading the whole reality TV thing, but it really worked. The last five minutes were just perfect Dr Who for me. I was jumping around the room with excitment!

Dalek, from the episode 'Dalek'.

Seems it didn't self-destruct after all.
Perhaps it somehow managed to tag along with the Tardis when it left at the end of 'Dalek' and travelled to Earth in 'The Long Game'?

There's also about three threads running on Dr Who on the TV programmes forum.

Personally, I had it on in the background tonight whilst I was eating and on here, and I had to turn the volume right down, never seen and heard such tripe in my life! The two robot women sounded like the aliens in the Smash potato advert! And the scary Anne Robinson Weakest Link

Great programme if you are ten years old I suppose.

Nah! She was a bit over-excited (like the rest of us)

SUPERB!

We gave a collective cheer when we saw the armies of daleks (especially the elevating ones). And the en masse EXTERMINATE.

I love the way the series has developed into this Dalek war finale.

Roll on next week.

Didn't think the Daleks ever were going to disappear. Who is to say the Dalek in 'Dalek' was really the last ever one?

Next week's trailer has showed that things happened after the Time War that the Doctor wasn't aware of.

Well, I said that weeks ago and I still believe it's true. Teleports have been a common theme in this series.

I think that will be a major plot device for next week's episode.
