Another idea for an ending to finale = Tardis materialises in Blackpool in the middle of the Dr Who exhibit. Rose steps out and shakes her head. Then she sticks two fingers up to the TARDIS and finds the nearest pub.

Where she meets Chris Evans.

Um.....
Hmmmmm,

I'll get me coat.

Unfortunately I think DR Ecclescake buying the big un might have been the killer twist, and after that kitty got out the bag the reason they got CE back in for some hasty extra shoots was to try and beef up a lesser story thread to give the rollercoaster one final loop. So I have a horrible feeling that whatever it is will be a contrived anticlimax hastily put together to try and compensate for the original shocka ending being revealed early on.

It's only wednesday and i'm as excited as anything about Saturday now!

What's really exciting is that with just 3 days to go, no one, but no one has sussed out the meaning of Bad Wolf!!!

RTD...your a genius!!! But don't do it again next season!! lol

After watching last week's Doctor Who episode, I'm still none the wiser as to how the words 'Bad Wolf' actually related to the Daleks. Was it explained? I must have missed it if it was. I know that the Daleks were using the space station to cover their fleet, but I really don't remember any mention of an explanation of why the words 'Bad Wolf' were actually connected to them.

Just curious about this, and I'm only speculating but could Adams dog have something to do with this story line. Correct me if I'm wrong but im sure he was listening to the white noise Adam played down the telephone in one of the earlier episodes.

Im probably well off the mark like but thinks its worth a mention

Whispers: It's the answerphone. It's the answerphone. It's the answerphone.

Think about it: It's a machine (like the Daleks); it has downloaded all the knowledge of the universe; It annoys the hell out of humanity.

What more do you need?

Just realized a very good thread (Kudos) has been ruined by merging with others. Don't the mods. have any idea of what it was about?

Sorry, I was wrong. Just found it - slow load.

it was a series in the late 70s / early 80s (I think). The final scene of the series had one of the characters saying "Someone get these bums a drink" (or words to that effect) as the camera pulled back to reveal the whole set, the studio floor, the production staff etc and she walked off the set.

Most bizarre!

I can't believe I'm posting on a Doctor Who thread - I only have a passing interest. However, I can just remember when it all began in the early 60s.

I suppose it was with this in mind I ordered the Dalek poster from the Radio times the other week.

It came today. I opened it and laid it out in front of me.

As I looked at it, I actually felt shivers run up my spine!

Those bloody things terrified me when I was a kid. Obviously the 'fear' is still in there somewhere.
