Quick! Post your Bad Wolf/Adam/Face of Boe/Clive/Rose/CE/DT/Mickey/Jacqui/TARDIS/Dalek/Emperor Dalek/Controller etc. theories and gubbins here (before we get merged )
My argument would be this does need a seperate thread as its not directly linked to last night's episode, but to the series as a whole and what RTD has in store for us.

I reckon <someone else has probably said this in another one of those 3 million plus posts about Dr Who> that at some point everything will regress to the doctors regeneration, just before he met Rose, and then David Tennant will meet her. Leading to a whole new set of adventures in the next series...that will pan out differently <slithereen style>

Sorry, the F1 got exciting so I have only just opened the new thread.

The script writers and RTD have been very clever, obviously working as a team, interveaving a lot of hints, characters, etc. Maybe even too many, but that may be a compliment to the viewers sense of observation and intelligence.

My best guess as to who is behind the daleks/invasion - Mickey (well he has to be the longest odds, which I like).

Jacqui, looking like the queen in Aliens, giving birth to 500,000 Daleks, each looking like the thing in episode 6, after a debauched (consolation) evening with Mickey (fuelled by mutual loathing of the Doctor), whose genes had been secretly mutated by the wannabe evil genius kid (Adam?).

It's not gonna happen on BBC1 is it?

Synopsis of my current thinking;
Face of Boe installed Jaffacake
DW destroys Jaffacake
DW also lets last Dalek escape
Last Dalek gived Face of Boe "offer he can't refuse"
100 years of hell
DW is the BW at root of it all, so haunted by references, possibly translated by TARDIS
Daleks play Long game - assimilating humans - led by Emperor Dalek, who has rather large amount of Rose DNA
Daleks (except no.1 Emperor one)oblivious to this.
DW sacrifices himself, haunted by guilt
Rose ('cos of imprtant DNA) defeats Daleks and saves human race
Big cliffhanger
Xmas - Rose finds new DW
Lynda and Capn Jack fly off for intergalatic sex fun
Series 2
(And Relax )

The finale episode will be about the Doctor trying to prevent the world getting swamped with Doctor Who Threads.

It will see him and Rose tracking down TTS "Terry the Thread Starter" (hes a new enemy btw), who runs a huge computer internet company who is trying to brainwash everyone with the same stuff over and over, until everyone are zombies!

Will they track him down in time...? You'll have to wait to see the conclusion in 2006!

Listen, babes, I only started this thread after consultation on the main thread. Don't post on it, and let it fall, if you like

Seems like Captain Jack's going to be a busy man after next weeks episode!

http://www.captain-jack.de/PAGES/0HOME.htm

http://www.cpt-jack.com/

http://www.christmas-tree.com/

http://www.lyricsondemand.com/b/bill...acklyrics.html

http://www.capjack.com/

He seems to have far more business interests than this!

Still, I think his (alleged) side line of selling drugs to Billy Joel in his song might be his greatest achievement.

Regards

In today's Sunday Times Culture section there's a photo of Rose and a dalek. The caption reads....................

Spoiler

Hmmmmmm

I'm leaning towards Adam somehow being involved. Well I was until I just typed that then I kinda changed my mind again *climbs back on fence*

Here are a few observations after watching Bad Wolf again.

There's been quite a bit of discussion on the various threads about whether the daleks (or whoever is behind the daleks) were responsible for the Jaffafeast and Satellite 5 or whether they had just taken advantage of the void left when The Doctor destroyed the Jaffafeast at the end of The Long Game.

I had commented before about The Doctor saying that someone was playing 'the long game' but had completely failed to notice that at the same time he actually says that the people responsible for the Game Station and the current situation had 'installed the Jagrafess on satellite 5' - also The Controller said that her masters had been controlling Earth and manipulating the human race for hundreds and hundreds of years

I still don't really know how this effects who the mysterious voice is that we heard in the trailer and still think it could be anyone of a few obvious subjects, but at least it proves that whoever is in control now has always been in control and isn't just an opportunist who made the most of the situation created by The Doctor.

Does anyone else agree that the inside of the tardis looks like wat the underside of the dalek armour would look like.

I think it will be Adam purely due to the davros thing not really being a twist as new viewers like me won't know who he is.

The emperor dalek is a possibilty though.

I had also said before that I was very suspiscious of Captain Jack not being phased at finding the Tardis in Archive 6 when he went in - on viewing it again, he seemed to get some sort of message through on his wristband thingy just before he went in and I think the Tardis had actually called him into there - also, if he was a baddy he wouldn't have looked so amazed and said 'What the Hell' so convincingly when he saw whatever it was that the Tardis had to show him - presumably about the disintegrator beam really being a transmat device

Pretty sure it's the Face Of Boe. Just think about it, there is SO much evidence. He's in the right place at the right time.

I rather think this refers to the Dalek, I mean she did meet a Dalek earlier, and it's not like the Sunday Times is going to have any more information about the plot twists than we are.

And also, dude, why didn't you make this a poll?
* Supreme Dalek
* Davros
* The Master
* somebody else from classic DW who hasn't appeared yet
* Mickey
* Adam
* Face Of Boe
* somebody else who's already appeared
* somebody totally new

I know IMDB isn't the most reliable source of information but does anyone know what this refers to on IMDB?

Episode 12:
Kevin Eldon .... Bad Wolf

I don't remember seeing Kevin Eldon in the episode and it doesn't say 'Voice of Bad Wolf', so am a bit perplexed.

I really don't think it's going to be someone from the classic series that hasn't yet appeared... that makes no sense and would only serve to alienate new viewers.

So let's strike off Davros and the Master. Please, please, please... it's so not going to be The Master!

It's not likely to be someone totally new either, as that's not much of a revelation either.

So it's between...

Adam
Mickey
The Face of Boe
Derek the Dalek (from Dalek) turned Emperor Dalek
The Editor from the Long Game

Or possibly a mutated Rose from the far future who's gone mad due to the universal peroxide shortage.

If it's K9 or Davros, I'll eat my hat.

I think it has got to be the Emperor Dalek and this is hinted at by the similarity of the controller and the emperor.

(See what I mean here - third post from the bottom!)

This means that the piss-taking has reached epic proportions.

I still go with an Adam/Derek the Dalek* hybrid as Emperor.

Can't help noticing a complete lack of the line 'it's me, Rose, I'm the bad wolf, look at my lovely teeth', or whatever it was (from the Bad Wolf page that the Beeb put up for a few minutes)...

Okay...who christened a perfectly reasonably if slightly genetically enhanced ultimate killing machine: Derek? Come on...we're all waiting...it's not big and it's not clever...

Hmm didn't it say in The Big Game that a consortium of bankers had installed the Jaffafeast.....who have we seen from the past that was interested in making a lot of money and not caring much how they did it - Adam? As has been said before on these threads money has been a big theme this season of Doctor Who.

Who was returned to 2012 with a chip in his head that would allow him to download anything once the computer systems changed, which they were due to in 2019.

It probably will be the Dalek from episode 6 but I do think that Adam is as much in the frame.
