I have to admit as I guy I find Sam a little bit attractive and find her to be easy on the eye. That however is not my reason for liking her. I just love the girl's attitude in there. Especially the way she deals with basically being singled out every week and picked on by the housemates. She just doesn't let it bother her. They gang up to bitch about her, she doesn't bitch back just carries on doing what she's doing. Playing her game not being drawn into anyone elses. Sam is much like Science in she won't be welcomed by the group because she doesn't have the group mentality. Too many housemates are concerned with how they are being perceived and the fact they want to win. Sam in not. Sam heard the boos last week and it didn't matter to her. When asked the other day what she hopes from the show, she just said she wanted to be in as long as she could be. The likes of Maxwell said they wanted to win and wouldn't want to be 2nd best. Sam just said she'd like to be in the house as long as she can and if she could get to the final week great.

I certainly feel from watching the show closely the last few days that there is more to come from Sam, once certain other housemates have walked. During the box task she really come on leaps and bound as an individual and provided entertainment without the oppression of other housemates trapped in their boxes. Then she kinda got overlooked once some of the apparent 'Chosen Ones' appeared from their boxes.

This week in the task she's really been taking to it well and I can't wait to see how she perform's in other tasks. Over housemates just don't seem to give a toss about performing in the task unless their are 20 cameras focusing on them specifically.

Yes I know Sam was bullied- and i did feel sorry for her which is why i didnt vote for her last week- but feeling sorry for her is not a good enough reason to win. She may have some minor entertaining qualities but overall i dont consider her to be at the same standard as the others. She is just too normal, and by the way i thought it was a bit pathetic when she said that everyone in the house was thick and that she thought she was more intelligent then Derek. She may not get on with the others but its no reason to call them all thick- which they certainly are not.

If sam goes- i really dont see what the house will lose, where as if derek goes i think it will really change the show.

That's a spot-on assessment. Sam is improving all the time and I think she'll provide a lot of entertainment in the future if she's allowed to remain. Unfortunately, I think the majority of people who actually vote are young girls who want Sam out. I may have to swallow my pride and spend 35p to vote for Derek.

Sam was never 8/1 to be evicted, after the noms were announced.

Her odds before the nominations were announced has no bearing, as then it was out of a field of 11. The fact that Dereks odds hardly changed after the noms, means that punters think he is , by far, the most likely to be evicted.
Sam and Robertos odds just reflect a balancing of the book, when the potential 'field' has gone down from 11 to 3.
Ie Sam is more likely to go than Roberto, but Derek is the MOST likely to go out of all three.
