Any one know if the series 'Charmed' is coming to or already on DVD? Thought abut archiving series 3 & 4 to DVD with my Panasonic recorder but can't be bothered to sit through them all and pause when the adverts come on.

I'd get my order in if they ever do release them on DVD.
I doubt it will get a R2 release but then again Andromeda has and that has limited viewing figures in the UK as well.
After 4 well recieved seasons in the US you would have thought a DVD release would be a natural progression but you never know what sort of licensing agreements WB has with other stations and eventual syndication.
I did hear a rumour that season 1 would be released on DVD early 2003, not much help if you are waiting for S3 and S4

you can get the best of season 3 on video. but they all the worsed ones to me.

Charmed is to get the full season dvd treatment, starting with Series 1 this summer. As far as I am aware, this is just for Region 1, but most of us can play these anyway

And to be honest, once they have the R1 version ready, surely its not much work to get a R2 one done

Are you absolutely positive that Charmed will be released on DVD? If so, where did you get your source from and is it reliable?

Well, these didnt come out

I just read here http://amazon.imdb.com/title/tt01585...d/nest/4693270 on the imdb forum they are not coming out til 2005? That sounds a bit made up to me...

I wonder why they seem to put any old series out on DVD these days, but not charmed, even tho its dead popular.

I would buy it as well. I did e-mail them ages ago when Channel 5 started showing them asking if they would consider releasing them on DVD but never received a reply.
