You need an subscription to Canal Digitaal. TMF NL is in the basic FTA package.

A dish pointed at 19.2E, Digital sat box with a Seca mediaguard cam.

If TMF NL is FTA, why the need for a CAM or subscription?

Yeah TMF the best channel for dance ever makes MTV dance look like a joke playing the old stuff when rapture played fresh stuff and mtv use record rights as a excuse.

Anyway, Dreambox and 43cm minidish at Astra1.

Dutch is hacked on a funcard.

Or either pay 20 a year for a Offical TMF9 NL card what I do.

get the dish from your local sat shop for 5 and cables f-connectors and crap. You will need a CI reciever or a SECA reciever WHATEVER U DO dont bother with online ordering ect... go to a local sat shop and you can ask him all your questions and properly get it installed really cheap and get it way cheaper than net. They could properly set you up with a Canal+ Dutch NL sub for TMF9.

Whatever you do dont think I cant be bothered and I get sky for dance you will be dissapointed.

The dutch call there package FTA, Its like the Sky ITV access viewing card.

If your watching TMF NL on a dreambox, what emulator are you using.

As Canal Digitaal moved from the Bx table which became public to a non public Fx table.

I use a card.

Its on the dutch ftv package so you dont pay a subscription like you need a card for ITV here.

I use canal nl a card ftv.

Its worth 20 euro per year anyday for TMF NL. Its way a head of its time for dance and normal music the reason its that good its not controled in mtv in london. So you havnt got all these heads saying get rid of the dance and replace it with urban stuff because that means more money for us.

Or saying that if you want to stay on the FTA side:

on 42e is Dream TV and that has a dance show whats on every fri-sat followed by a show like the chilloutzone. And theres viva plus for saturdays nigths. not forgetting the partyzone on mtv 16e. Too on weekdays you have console what is a dance show on the Hit Channel on 13e. Not forgetting party on Trace every night.

MTV2POP is starting to not show any dance it was really good in summer 2003 and before tho. Thing is some weeks it shows plently of dance then next to none. Its good to see paul van dyk - nothing but u on it tho, but not that crap uk version with the eye and it cuts half of the orginal video out. The annoying thing is now all the dance is on the second playlist aswell!!

I would be interested in this, the only problem being i have two dishes on the side of my house and one on the front so another one would just be OTT IMO.

Do you get anything else worth watching for the 20e?

Nobody should really get used to MTV2POP, as it is closing in September!

Hi,

I am also looking for the Canal Digitaal FTA cards (for Yorin, in my case but TMF is also good!) and have just given QC a call. The person on the phone didn't know what card I was talking about and she had a quick check with someone else there and said that they don't sell that particular card. Is there any other place you can buy it in the UK (apart from satellitecards.co.uk which charge 210 for the FTA version!)?

After the year, do you have to buy another card or simply get the current one re-activated? I'm curious as I came across this web page about reactivating your card:

http://www.canaldigitaal.nl/default.asp?id=156

but then again, I'm going by WorldLingo's translation!
