I hate E4 when they are like this. It really pisses on the live viewers.

Max knows that the prize for a task is luxury budget (I think he knows anyway). So therefore he knows that he'll get a share in the prize - and of course, he'll choose booze!

of course there would .. if he worked out that the housemates were deceiving him he must realise that they will win something if he doesn't suss them otherwise they wouldn't be trying to deceive him right?? therefore he won't let on he knows for the benefit of the group

Saskia is a bit drunk. Just saw Sas and Max fumbling underneath some sheets. He must have smelt the drink on her breathe. He must know by now, he's just going along with it

Blimey how many times does it have to be said...? For all Maxwell knows, the reward is if he DOES guess. He has no way of knowing the reward is for NOT guessing.

why would the housemates be bothering to deceive Max if there wasn't a reward for the group in successfully deceiving him? I'm sure Max would work this out

eh?? the housemates task has nothing to do with it. Max is not on a task, he does not know there is something for him to work out.
He is simply doing his job in room 101 for the sake of the shopping budget, that is all.

If Max knew something - he would still be in the dark, because he could be thinking a number of things:

1. He needs to find out what their really doing to pass the task, or to not find out.

Max doesn't no. Full Stop.

you are making out Max won't think anything is wrong, I think he will, he will realise they are lieing about doing tasks, but he will realise they must be lieing for a reason, which would be to win the task, therefore Max will know it would be better not to let on he thinks they are lieing. ya get me
