The Doctor kept calling Mickey, Ricky simply to irritate him and get a rise out of him.

I don't think it was the Dalek from 'Dalek'. I just think they were the two (known) survivors. Although don't quote me on that. Someone else may know.

As far as I'm aware he says "Allo! Ok whe...ooo..." then goes on to mention his teeth! I hope this has helped ya in some way!

As has been pointed out on another thread, the first Doctor kept getting Chesterton's name wrong, however, it's unclear whether it was on purpose or not.

To me it sounds like he was just about to say "OK where was I" before he realises he has different teeth so he only gets the "Ok" out.

Actual dialogue is:

"'Ello. OK ... [gulps] ... New teeth, that's weird. So where was I? Oh, that's right ... Barcelona!"

And did anyone else think that the regeneration scene with the doctor's head tipped back looks like the album cover of Radiohead's "The Bends" ?

There is definitely no mention of Captain Jack in the regeneration scene.

FWIW... IMHO, the pause after the "Hello" was as much about the sudden loss of his northen accent as the additional teeth!
