Memory Sticks
I have a DCR-TRV33E Sony Digital Video Camera Recorder that came with an 8Mb stick. I am soon to go on holiday and use the thing to take photo's. With this in mind I would like a new memory stick...
I have a couple of questions: 1. What is the maximum Mb I could use for my camera. 2. Can I use any make or just Sony? 3. Can anyone recommend one and maybe a site? Thanks in advance... |

dpreview.com will tell you what standard of memory stick will support. Then its just a case of finding the sizes and prices on the net. I've used 3rd party memory sticks with 0 problems.

The Lexar sticks are literally made in the same factory as the Sony ones, but are substantially cheaper.

Looking at the spec on the Sony website the camera should take any available stick, right up to 1GB.
Have a look here. Scroll down till you get to the Memory stick section and take your pick, depending on the size of your bank balance I've never had any problems to date using Expansys. |
