I've Been Told BB3 Starts on the 19th May!
I've got tickets for supposedly the first eviction night, which I was told was the 24th May. I rang and spoke to a representative of the company handling the audience for BB3 and they confirmed that this was definately an eviction night.
I then rang a day later and spoke to the head of the department and they told me again it was definately an eviction night as I explained I had friends coming down from up North just to see an eviction. They confirmed again that it was and told me it's actually starting on the 19th. So I thought that this was obviously a suprise tactic to the housemates right from the start, so I contacted Neil Wilkes (the editor of this BB3 Forum) personally just in case a housemate would read this, to ask his opinion and he just quoted the same line about the 24th and will not answer any further emails. Sorry Neil but you haven't. So I'm forced to ask everyone if they know anything to back up what I've been told about the 19th. The reason is that I've got four people coming down from up North going to pay approx £100 to travel and stay just to go to BB3 and they will be a bit p***** off if it's not an eviction and just the housemates going in.

Mmmmmmmm
I've been thinking the same thing
I've got some mates that are going on the 24th and they have been told it's an eviction night, yet this is the night we are told everyone is going in Also I know some people that are going on the 31st as well, so it seems that the housemates are only in for one week before voting the first person out instead of two Come on Digital Spy, we seriously start needing some insider info!!!!! |

I drove past a massive poster this morning advertising the programme, saying it starts on 24th May. It would be very odd to have a national advertising campaign and bring the show forward.

I guess that I'm going to have to believe them and cancel the tickets I've got for May 24th as they're saying this is not an evitction night. If this is the case, its very poor from the from the company handling the audience as they said there is 1000 people going on the night, and apparently they've all been told its an eviction night. |

Tickets
When the ticket people phoned me they told me that the 24th was to see the contestants going into the house and the weeks following this are all evictions. So far I have tickets for the opening show and the first two evictions.
Bizarrly the flyer I had through my door from the ticket company (I'm on their mailing list) stated that the first eviction was on the 24th. Perhaps this was the information they had a tthe time they were printed? |

Well looking at the TV guide for next friday, their will be three programmes. One, 1hr show at 9:00, and then another 30min show later on in the night. Their is then a few hours of live coverage on CH4 later on in the night.
Perhaps their could be an eviction on the first night after all?

If I recall correctly, 12 contestants are going in, for a show which will be running 10 weeks, its pretty fesable that there 'could' be an eviction the first night.

Botty, thanks for the comments. As I said, I got carried away trying to be helpful and I understand my mistake, but these guys have got nothing better to do than have a go. Especially hutchio when he's probably got all that homework to do.
Mike McGuigan: sorry, in my misguided way I did put in the initial posts to please link to the main thread but didn't seem to work and now there's posts everywhere |
