V550 Faulty AGAIN! Camera Lens Missing / Defective?
I have yet ANOHTER fault with my V550 after it already being replaced once (screen glass cracked).
I was at a school prom and everyone was taking photos on their camera phones - two of my friends had the same phone as me the V550. Its a popular phone- thats why I brought it. Now the only problem was that when I took pictures they were sooo dark you could only see a little bit of the disco lights. Not to worry I thought I will max out the brightness- this made now effect. Still the photos were black even at maxed out brightness. Now when my two friends tried with there exactly the same model of phones there pictures came out nice and bight and you could see everything and this was on the normal brightness setting!!! We all fiddled with my phone and we could not get any light pictures at all even where there was a light! So we took a look and compared the camera lens where I discovered that I didnt have one or it was missing. My two friends had an orange type of light (the camera lens) I had no such lens and just had "a camera". Its quite hard to describe but when you look at the camera the lens is not there or something is missing. How the hell can a lens go missing????? This is going to be the SECOND time I have to make a loooooong trip to return the phone!!! The first time it had a huge screen glass crack and now this! It seems clear to me that Motorola seem to make the lowest quality phones and that by using a Motorola phone im getting below average quality. A big disappointment.

No worries- Im just moaning and letting off steam!
I was wondering do you think its unreasonable for me to keep my SIM Card? Last time John lewis said that I had to return the card? Surely, I should be allowed to keep it if I want?? |
