I just complained about the birds and the cutting off of the sound, and i got this reply from Channel 4

Hi there and thanks for getting in touch.

We understand your frustration regarding the gaps in sound on our Big
Brother coverage. To ensure that the streaming coverage is suitable for
daytime viewing, we are removing bad language, conversations of a
sexual
nature, and material unsuitable for children.

Post-watershed we assume that adults are watching and do not edit out
bad
language, but we do still have to remove certain things the housemates
say
that contravene the rules on libel, fairness, and privacy under which
all
broadcasters must operate.

We hope that you continue to enjoy Big Brother.
