You don't go on Big Brother (where your life is laid bare before the nation 24 hrs a day) and expect to keep your private life private. Unless you are very stupid, of course.

kevy - when you got banned from the chatroom did you say you thought alex was gay, or just say alex is gay. Sometimes it's just the way things are said that makes people take them differently. Unless of course speculating about the contestants sexuality is against their rules, in which case they are quite within their rights to boot you out

I can't say as I think he sounds particularly gay either, he's not really camp from what I've seen. Since when did being handsome make someone gay though, 'cause if thats true there's a lot more gay people around than anyone ever suspected

He does sound a little gay, and some of his stances and walks have made me think he is a long way from straight.

No. At least I don't think it is, you'd probably not be that surprised to find at least a couple of tabloid journos hanging around in the chat rooms looking for gossip on the housemates. Channel 4 will be wanting to protect the housemates as much as they can.

It does imply that questioning a man's sexuality is somehow offensive.

the section marked 1.4 contains the part "conduct which is defamatory, or which may harass, cause distress or inconvenience to any person" Saying a person is Gay could be cconsidered to meet this part.

Just to clear up somthing, sorry if this is out of place, but the same guy who started this thread joined the DS Big Brother chat last night, and was kicked twice from there, not for homophobic comments etc. but, IMO, was being a bit of an annoying prat, just posting rubbish (don't say it anyone ). Might be the same on the official C4 Chatroom.
