I AM NOT!!!!!!! They make me cringe!!! There is a very good reason why none of them have done well since splitting up!

The charts were just about getting to the stage where I wasn't embarrassed to be British anymore and this happens. Am going to find myself a noose!

don't make me laugh! Crazy Frog? Reality Show winners who last 5 minutes and US acts making up the top 40?!

The charts a joke!

10 years ago they were brilliant and meant something, The Spices will at least liven it up a bit. I can't wait.

Nope, i'll refer back to*:

And Hellboy. Crazy Frog, 1 single. Reality TV winners? Don't even know their singles. And y'know, a lot of US acts are pretty damn good.

The Spice Girls had their day, and it worked then. It doesn't work on any level now. And there is musical evidence a plenty to suggest they were not 'brilliant'.

* you may or may not have been responding to me.

We've not had British acts in the charts for ages, I'm glad they are coming back.

I wish american music was banned from Britain, except Greenday and the Killers.

Sorry to disappoint some of you but Melanie C said in an interview a couple of days ago that none of the rumours about a Spice Girls re-union were true, with the exception of Live 8 and that they were definately not recording new material and would probably not reform for their 10th anniversary.

She says that they all really wanted to do Live 8 when they were approached but Melanie B had commitments that she could not get out of.

She said that "along with all the reunion stories seem to come a load of digs, which are really unnescesary. They're not going to motivate me into a reunion. If the tabloids want a Spice Girls reunion they are going the wrong way about it."
