I'm going to be voting for Alex to leave the house this week. Why? He's just like Josh from last year, another whinning/boring puff. What do you reckon?

Whining and boring, OK, but what has being a "puff" got to do with anything?

I thought he was gay too until he said he fancied Kate.

He is a very strange person

As for him being gay....hmmm who knows....maybe he's saving it to spice the house up when things get dire lol

I think that it's highly unlikely that Alex will be voted off for a while,
I don't like him either but after what he said last night about Kate i watched it a bit longer than i normally would just to see if he did anything about it , so there are no doubt a lot of other people doing the same thing

judging my other peoples posts in this thread quite alot, actually.

The most likely bet is that he is bi-sexual, he's definately hiding something, anyway.

I can't understand the anti-Alex feeling. To be honest, i had him pigeon-holed as the typical pretty-boy window dressing like Josh last year, but within hours you could see that he was much more than that.

He seems a genuinely nice bloke, who has strong opinions but who doesn't want to get into arguments with people (witness how he left jade and sunita well alone during their kick-off). He spends more time thinking about the group as a whole than most of them (some of whom are staggeringly selfish) and he's already developing a real rapport with Kate that could be a much more interesting and intellectual pairing than Paul and Helen last year.

I think once the net geeks get past their "he's better looking than me, he must be a) a poof and b) evicted" angst, then you'll see him for what he is - a fundamentally decent guy.

Alex seems to whinge quite a bit. He complained that someone left a nife in the washing up bowl yesterday !!!!!! For heavens sake........if the water is in the sink there is summit in the god damn sink! now he is complaining about having a BBQ in the afternoon!!!!!!........he is taking everything far to seriously and seems to have no sense of humour.

Did anyone else think it was really strange that Alex didn't have ANY friends or family to wave him 'goodbye'? He said it was because he'd be 'too upset' but this sounds very very suspect to me....

OH MY GOD!!!!!! whoever said that alex should go off this week is insane. oh and by the way it is not , as intended, a criticism to say that he is just like josh. either you are blind, a lesbian or just plain threatened by his looks. all of you who think that spencer should win - what are you trying to torture him?? he blatantly does not want to be there.alex should win oh do vote jade off though cos she is a f###ing cow.

His parents were there - didn't you here that you could see where Alex got his goog looks from.. His mother is very attractive. There could have been brothers & sisters too.

whether his folks were there or not............'SO FAR' he comes across as extremely stroppy, miserable, has no sense of humour and was the b*****d child of Jim Carey. and he is crap at making BBQ's!.....as far as his sexuality goes I don't care. As far as his modelling career goes........he has done what he may have intended and will be on cover magazines whether or not he leaves in week one or week 9.

It wasn't alex that felt he would be too upset for friends and family.....It was Lee.

thats because you have to pay 9.99 for it.
What I can't believe is that these were the best of the bunch, considering 150,000 people applied!!!

I agree Chickpea! I alone could have provided more entertainment than most of the guys in the house.

As for Alex HOW DULL!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe his family were there, maybe they weren't- I still think he's odd, and in a really dull way.

Yup?? If he was a puff whats wrong wit that then?....? Narrowminded peeps bah!...

Same with peeps hating alison because she is what people call "fat", Some people really frustrate me :-\.

Doesnt really matter what sexuality he is does it?... Apart from that he seems like a down to earth person who cares about his looks grooming etc. Kinda reminds me of an old college friend. Aint seem him for ages, anyone know philip thompson ? (worth a try). He seems mature and everything, doesnt like arguments (who doesn't?), and seems a laff . And also in his application video, was he driving a VW Beetle??!? I hope he was cos DAMN i want that car .
