Neither is mine!

Maybe its got something to do with the fact that it doesn't tell you about using 0 to switch easily between TV and interactive!

mine is working..... but i suspect it has summat to do with the fact that by sky box upstairs has been permanently on the interactive part of E4 since it started.....

if i want to turn the tv off with the sky remote i just cover the remote sensor while i press "tv" coz i assume u will have all noticed that pressing tv in an interacive service kicks you out of it....
and then press standby - the only reason is b/c i dont wanna suddenly find out that the interactive service is gone....

i must mention that the news ticker at the bottom of the screen is still being updated to reflect what is happening on screen tho.....

so i think the service is still "supposed" to be available

I've not been having any problems today.

I know that's not what you want to hear but maybe it is an indication that the problem is restricted to certain boxes. I have a silver Panasonic if that's any help.

At least you have interactive services.

The republic of ireland have no interactive services. The red dot comes up and when you press it there is just a green BB style screen that says that the interactive services are not available over here.

After ringing Sky we were told that C4 decided to disable our interactive services.

Goodness knows why... BB has a big fan base over here in Ireland.

Yep, mine has been dodgy today on my Panasonic 31. All other interactive services on other channels are fine, but sometimes I can't get it on BB and sometimes, like now, I can.

Switch your box off at the wall, then back on and it should work again.

About 15 minutes after posting to say I didn't have any problems, the interactive service disappeared for about half an hour. When it came back, all four feeds were showing the same pictures (same as the main channel) although they were still labeled differently. Since then, things seem to have gone back to normal.

Shame that they didn't think to have an on-screen graphic or something advising of the problem. But after being conned into paying for a non-interactive Formula One weeked a while back, I've learned that Sky do not like to acknowledge their problems. At least E4 is not PPV and the problems arose when they were still showing live coverage on the main feed anyway.

argh, but now they have the red dot thing coming up after every advert break, which never used to happen before

Anyone noticed that sometimes when you press select whilst the feed is on, the 'red dot' fades a little rather than just go away like Sky News Active.
