Awful Big Brother this year

13 (15) awful contestants. All have them have been bad this year, and what I had expected had happened. The female Housemates take all of the flack and get voted out one by one. They dont stand a chance winning the gender vote. Males only get voted out when they are one and one up against each over. I am saddened this year. I know that Dermot has tried to support the female Housmates to try and change this constant bias against them but that hasnt helped in the slightest. Its disturbing how someone as thick as Anthony who can only do things for manpoints, cant have an intellectual conversation in his life, TWEEDLE DUMB and can only debate by that silly voice shouting "HEUUUGE" is now favourite to win. If Roberto wasnt up against Derek at that pacific time he probably would have been second. Big Brother has now become like a soap. Predictable. The last 5 Housemates being all males. Now you can move onto women like Sam who never did anything malicious at all to anyone, was bullied and was voted out. I think that BB seriously needs to change the format for next year so it doesnt get ruined like this one

I think this has been a classic BB year. I have lived through all six and have honestly found this to be gripping viewing. Maybe because the HMs are so aware and watching them conciously trying to manipulate the game and hearing them speculate about their tawdry ambitions to secure Heat articles etc is fabulous.

As long as Endemol is producing a programme for CH4 which has high ratings and is generating lots of voting revenue,I doubt they are sharing any of your concerns.

I can think of a new format; 13 hot chicks who have clothes taken off them for failing tasks. And Saturday night mud-wrestling would be compulsary.

I think they will note my concern, infact I think that they have already noticed this already. If you have noticed there has been a decrease in "good looking" males since the previous BBs

Bumping your own thread and adding nothing is is a bit desperate.

Let it die!!

BTW - It’s a great BB. I’m sorry you can’t see that.

They should have 6 guys 7 girls from the start .No eviction for the first week. Each week after the girls put up 2 girls for eviction and the guys put up 2 boys so we lose a girl and boy each week.
When it gets down to 3 guys and 4 girls, add 1 guy, 1 girl and then back to normal nominations for the last nine

A typical woman-playing the "sexist" card (yet again), eh?!
However, I agree with you in principle. BB this year is a tad too negative at times, and the HM's are more self-absorbed than ever before. Makosi's wielding far too much power in that house. I say get rid, but she'll win, I just know it...
BTW, how's BB "sexist"? We've had two female champions so far (Nadia was male, but she's now female, so it counts), so what's your problem?

It's been interesting in short bursts but overall very boring. Most of the HMs lied during their auditions just to get on the show, it appears. Anthony has admitted doing so outright, although he has at least made the effort to enjoy being in there and to take part in events. Sam, Vanessa, Craig and others haven't lived up to their own hype.

Why did Vanessa even bother trying to get in the house? She has done nothing whatsoever. The only remotely memorable thing that has involved her was when she fell off the bed and twisted her ankle. That about sums up her time in there. The public should have the chance to get rid of the dead wood and radar dodgers like her.

I'm a woman and if I'd had a single vote to get out the women first, I would have done it. Lesley, Mary, Sam....good bye.

In my view, it's to do with personalities (or lack of them) nothing to do with gender. 'Fraid I find the gender argument makes me feel fretful, it's so pointless.

Anthony is no worse than the first BB winner - Craig - and while I hope he doesn't win it, at least he is acting as a love object for Craig to cling to, which is quite entertaining.

However. I agree they're all unlikeable, with the exception of Eugene. So far, anyway.

I didn't enjoy this series much at all due to the aggression and self centredness of them all until a couple of weeks ago when the mind games started and it's all become a tad more interesting.

I still think there's a lot of unpredictability around....and with this week's twist in who makes the decision....that's fun!

I agree it has been very dull this year.

I have found it one of the best BB's, partly because the dysfunctional housemates, partly for BB's humour & twists.
