Slightly off topic but i am doing a pirates themed birthday party for my sons in 6 weeks time -

Can anyone remember the names of the pirate tunes that big brother played when they were doing the pirate task or any other suitable pirate songs for under 10's.

I have been trying google and that is how i found the ones i have. The problem is if you search pirate songs or similar it brings up loads of pirate sites - as in illegal download pirate and not the sea type.

I know I'm probably not supposed to post this but my friend's dancing school does pirate parties with costumes and singing and dancing for kids. She's really good, and might cover Kent too.

Its called Little Dragon School of Dancing x

The one they woke them up with was "What shall we do with the drunken sailor". And you'll want that Stevenson pirate song: "Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum". If you Google sea shanties you'll do better than if you Google pirates.

Instead of searching google for 'pirate songs' - try 'sea shanties' and you should find more

ETA ooh I'm too slow
