i went to Leeds last year, me and a couple of mancunian mates met up specifically to see mark lanegan, but this year i'll be sticking to Reading, as i don't think i could face another northern summer. hopefully QOTSA will actually get to play a show in this country - third time lucky!

Great line up, but why didn't anyone let me know?

What you might ask. Dinosaur Jr. are playing, and i'm not there.

And Death from above 1979, mind you i can see them anytime.

Did you see Dinosaur Jr @ Download, i got board of that Emo rubbish in the snickers tent and had a look at them. Quite suppriesed and impressed.

I soo wanted to get a day ticket just to see the Legends/God's Iron Maiden at leeds or reading.

They are just old school rocky grungy brilliance.

Had their lead singer shot himself, people'd be wanking over them these days.

No Interpol in Leeds??

I could defend the Libertines all day, but i'm gonna struggle to even find a phrase without the word 'wank' or 's**te', to desrcibe Shambles.
