I subscribed to this last night expecting it to be shite, but it's actually okay.

I wondered why i kept getting the 34kbps version, but its because i was clicking the Feed A picture... When i realised this was a different link to the 'Hi' feed link, everything was fine (duh!)

The video seems to need restarting every 20mins or so, but this is no more annoying than adverts.

i put it on the tv out and it was pretty decent. It was obviously a computer image, but much better than E4 imho when all you have is the tiny screen in interactive... Plus they didnt dip the sound once while i was watching and boy they do seem to slag off a lot of people and brands!

So if any one is considering this, and is worried about all the bad problems reported, i just want to say everything worked fine for me. so much so i might even keep it after the free 14 days

I think i'll keep hold of it too.

Its a shame theres only 2 feeds and a non-working audio feed. £9.99 should maintain a constant connection and ur right, it does disconnect every so often which is irritating. i think the quality of the streamed video is crap. 150Kbps... double the quality and it will look far better on that TV out thing u run.

but they wont bother doing it... so why complain?!

The audio feed does work if you access it through the C4 website. If you click on the button that appears it tries to load high_res_audio, which doesn't exist.. the file is low_res_audio and can be accessed from the C4 site.. that stream seems to break up a lot less, and I can use it whilst doing other stuff (the video breaks up if you take away it's focus for an extended time)

However, the more i use RealOne, the more i think It's Officially The Crappest Piece Of Software Ever.
