Beatles, Velvet Underground and Pink Floyd

Difficult decision - hard to leave THe Clash or The Who out but these are bands I consistently enjoy

Can we exclude The Beatles & The Rolling Stones? Because I think they go without saying.

Not including them, I like

Queen
Pink Floyd
Guns N Roses

Thats five though.......

I'd go for The Stone Roses, The Jam and The Clash in that order.

Of course if Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds counts as a group rather than Cave being a solo artist they'd be in at number two.

Ok, here I am to throw my "pop tart" perspective on the proceedings!

1) Take That
2) Scissor Sisters
3) The Beatles or if they are excluded U2!

I know what you are all thinking but as I said i am a pop tart!
