I have just realised after watching this morning.
I wondered why he singled out Saskia before she had done anything("silent assassin")-he picked on Sam when she was vulnerable and being bullied by others.
Aftre a lull he has moved in to bad mouth Orleigh for special treatment when he thinks he can prove a point.
It is a clear trend.Yes he hasn't attacked Makosi as much but he has made comments a few weeks ago and yes he has criticised some of the boys but his PARTICULAR hate is reserved for the pretty/beautiful women.

He said in the diary room that the girls are always hated by the public. I think he is trying to gain favour with he public by picking on them and it is obviously working well.

I noticed that too.

If your theory that he hates beautiful women is true, no wonder Makosi is safe from his wrath.

He can't attack Makosi because she is Beautiful AND Strong and he is scared of strong women - like most men.

His antipathy towards women probably stems from the fact that "women's intuition" gives them the edge on seeing through him for the nasty piece of work that he is.

add to that a compulsive liar, delluded fantasist, bitch and egomaniac.

To be fair to derek most of the women watching don't like watching pretty women

I certainly have not forgotten the way he treated Sam- 95% of which never made the highlights. Vicious man.

What makes you think he hates women, is it because he is gay. If every man who said bloody women, hates women then there must be alot of women hates out there.

So? Half this forum hate the prettier women. The majority of the female population hate prettier women.

Since most of the female HMs this year are pretty but not likable, it's not at all clear that Derek has a problem with pretty women in general. The fact that he appears to like Makosi would seem to negate the theory.

By coincidence he mentioned these very same three HM's last night -how he couldn't imagine why they would be in the house in the first place.It looks like he wants a house full of men as quickly as possible so he doesn't feel threatened anymore.He seems comfortable with women if they are not all that attractive but if they are heterosexual and attractive he has issues.(Even Lesley he was more praising her AFTER she left the house not when she was in it)

That's well obvious and Saskia getting him to bark was one of the best BB moments this year
