I have just recieved the following email from Real Networks

and actually the service seems to have improved quite a bit today. Not cutting off as much as usual.

You mean that with ADSL you are getting cuts in the streaming, sounds like a right load of crap, If I paid for a service, I expect to recieve it, or I want a full refund, end of comment

Ahh yes but we are not paying for the service (yet) and it seems they are ironing out the problems by the look of things
