I've known him for 8 years.

Have you ever thought that, with Big Brother, the whole thing is rather ridiculous? My name wasn't chosen in all seriousness!

Eugene seems to be a reasonable, decent human being. Of how many other HMs could one say that?

OK, I'll concede that he is somewhat dull, though...

After Science, Eugene was easily my favourite until last night. Now I dislike him intensely.

I quite like nerds, but a bitchy nerd is something else entirely.

He and Derek make a nice pair.

Tell Eugene ,when he comes out, that he's a very nice lad....

His recent bitching against Science has been the most vitriolic and malevolent. He is very nasty indeed.

The others have been totally OTT against Science lately – called him a thief, liar and so on, but there is a feeling that they are on massive propaganda drive to persuade the Public to turn against Science because they think Science is the most popular with the Public and they want win. They are ‘playing’ the game, albeit in a dishonourable and low way.

Eugene on the other hand has been, and is, nasty towards Science in a way that goes way beyond what is acceptable in this harsh game. The very idea that starving Science is a good strategy to get revenge on Science simply because he shouts a bit and is fastidious about what he eats (and the preparation of food) is indicative of a truly horrible person.

The others (to their credit) dismissed Eugene’s suggestion as a step too far. Eugene is an evil nasty character at heart.

”

I have started to see this nasty side, the sarcasm he directs at people is really quite rude. I'm sure that this footage will be left on the cutting room floor. He'll be shown doing not very much just so BB can fullfill their bumbling loveble nerd quota.

I don't think Eugene is dull at all. Since he's gone in I've found him really funny, endearing and interesting.

I can see him joining in the bitching - it is the sort of thing it is easy to get caught up in if you are socially isolated (and in the house he is). I missed last night though, so I'm reluctant to either judge Eugene harshly or let him off. I'll have to watch what goes on this week.

I wouldn't like to see Eugene judged more harshly for his bitching because he is different and a bit of an outsider. He is far from the worst of the bitches in there.

So, as "a friend" how do you rationalise his wanting to buy food Science could not eat? A step too far even for the other bunch of bitches.

Did Eugene actually say those words verbatim?

Would Big Bro let a contestant starve to death? I don't think so. Would Big Bro let a contestant starve in any way? I don't think so. So we can therefore conclude that Science, at no point, was going to starve, and everybody knew this.

When Eugene found the mole, Big Brother gave him drink that he could not drink. Was hardly the end of the world!

And Eugene is my friend, not my "friend". I don't know what the quote marks were to prove?

Now we know you're his "friend" i'm afraid i'll have to discount any further posts from you concerning Eugene, as quite obviously they will be heavily biased.

OMG!!! Shock horror!!!! Eugene how could you !!!

FFS it was only a suggestion!! All you Science lovers should get a grip!!!! Its only the food budget - I bet no of you would have cared if Science said it about Kame!!!!

Can you prove holiday snaps to prove it?

Only joking. I 'know someone who knows him'. They said he's a nice guy, but his geekish image is not made up for the camera.

Maybe because Science would not do that?

How do you know?
Have you the video evidence to prove it?

Yes. There is something deeply creepy about him. He is especially cutting against those he perceives to be the weakest and at a low point. He seems to enjoy the ‘kill’. His ‘chocolate’ conversation with Makosi and Orla was sneering, mean, condescending and nasty: “As far as I know, nobody has died because they did not eat chocolate for 5 days!”

I admit I liked him at first and found his rambling stories, and the housemates reaction to them, hilarious. But now his true nature is revealed, his stories seem strangely abusive – as if he is torturing them for pleasure.

I have noticed his communication with those he is to whom he feels subservient is reasonably articulate, cogent and brief. But his communication with those he perceives as weaker is shambling and deliberately annoying. He tortures people with 20 or so ‘ers’ after every phrase, and his micro body language indicates he derives real satisfaction when they are bored witless yet cannot escape.

Got the t-shirt, done the interviews, published the pictures

I'm just still confused as to why people keep putting friend in quote marks! They quote me as saying it before I did. How odd!

Yeah, i've noticed that too, i think he derives somekind of perverse sadistic pleasure from it, and a feeling of power.

Really i'm beginning to detest him, someone needs to insert a large seasoned onion between the lips he never kissed with.

It was the context.

Oral was at very low ebb and was saying how ‘Whole Nut’ was her favourite and how she would love to have some (he had some and had eaten it all himself). Makosi and Orla were shocked at his meanness and spiteful comments.

Makosi and Orlaith? Ha ha ha.

They were just shocked because they both think of Eugene as a nobody that they can walk all over.

Eugene seems a perfectly nice bloke to me - I think he is 'bitching' because he is genuinely hacked off with the behaviour of some housemates.

I thought the chocolate comment was hilarious!

That’s not answering the question though is it? Do you think less of your "friend' for wanting to deny someone else food and drink for days?

YOu cannot live with Science and not have something to say about him!
If Eugene is nasty then Science is the DEVIL personified
