Surely not! What does it mean? After last night's arguments and the "diary room date" how can his popularity have improved?

1/1?????????????????????????????????????????????????? Unbelievable. I would not have thought he could win. Never in a million years!

Even more interesting is how far away 2nd favourite Science is - 5/1 and lengthening across the board

I think it's simply that he is the least irritating of a very irritating bunch of HMs.

Take a look at the forum. Anthony's only competition got in a fight last night, and is now facing the backlash.

one to one is just 'evens', you put a pound on, to win a pound back (and your original pound, then minus taxes on the winnings, the government do like their, after they have already taxed your earnings).

Does not mean he's won. Could be the bookies wanting to get as many people to bet on Anthony to win, as they 'expect' him to win, then another housemate does win (or even shifts the odds, by that stage, the bets have been made), so the bookies earn a little bit more cash.

1/1, hahaha that's great.

Somehow i don't think it will last.

It's just so unbelievable - 1/1. Does that mean he's so popular that you'd only get your money back on your bet? Nothing extra?

Not that I'm backing him, I hasten to add!

I refuse to believe that Anthony could be this year's winner

you always get your stake money back when betting.

So if you bet £1 at 1/1, you'd win £1 and you'd get your stake money of £1 back as well.

Although he doesnt know it, Maxwell going was very good news for Anthony.
when Max was evicted ants odds were 8/1. they have been falling steadily since to todays 1/1.

still a few weeks to go yet, Science or Eugene may come back and win!!
