I'm no lawyer but I'd guess that legally it's fine as it's not an accusation of wrong-doing, it's simply word-play to make you think there might be an accusation (which there isn't).

But drug pusher is a term used to describe a drug dealer. Not recognized as used.
If i called you a kiddy fiddler, would i mean you were a little boy who played the violin or something else. I don't know.I'm not a lawyer or barrister. (I'm a rocket scientist)

I don't think there is anything to worry about, especially as it obviously humourous.

The title is mitigated by the accompanying context, so I don't think there's too many worries there. And if I was on the jury, I'd piss myself laughing. Was a neat joke.
