According to a few housemates another housemates (or maybe more) have been stealing things from drawers. It has almost been taken for granted that this thief is Science (and many people have started using Craig's little rant as proof). I'm pretty certain Science isn't the thief. I reckon the other housemates are setting him up.

It is a pretty strange situation considering most housemates have stolen or hiden food/drink. The cigar issue seems to make a case for this, but I'm sick of housemates painting Science as the thief. The cigarettes incident stands out. When Craig first found out someone was stealing his cigarettes, both Science and Makosi were in the bedroom. Science then asked Craig for a cigarette. Now why would Science ask for one if he had just stolen a few packs of them?

I'm not really sure what the other incidents are. Derek said some of his clothing was stolen (and obviously blamed Science on it). But Makosi confronted Science about this and Science flat-out denied this a give valid reasons. We also found out that Max took Eugene's trousers, but not a thing was said about that.

Sorry for the rant, but I just didn't want people painting Science as the house thief without proof.

craig said science had stolen cigs from his drawer ,then kemal confirmed that he saw science going in his drawer... saying that craig had given him permission to go and get a cig from it... kemal then asked if craig had give him permission to do it.. craig said NO NEVER.. anothony reminded him of a time when he did.. then he said.. that anyway my cigs arent even in my drawer they are in my shoe.. craig is a compulsive liar..

I doubt it is Science,but anyway how can you steal food that is meant for all. The other housemates shouldn't be hiding food in the first place

Don't forget Science had his chocolate stolen from the fridge a few days back. Personally my money would be on craig being the theif, he is getting quite tubby now

I can't comment on the cigarettes as I am not sure just who smokes in that house.

Yes- they know a lot about what is in eachothers' drawers, for people who don't go into eachothers' drawers!

Anthony told Science that he has seen an apple in Science's drawer! It was Science's one, and Craig ate Anthony's, but Anthony doesn't realise that yet!

Why would Science steal Derek's ghastly swimmers? He doesn't swim at all, and only swam for the first time to do the Olympics task.

Orlaith and Makosi knew exactly how many loo rolls Craig and Anthony had in their drawers... how did they know that?

Ty OP..I think it is not nice to call someone a thief on here without proof...if we use the cigar as the only proof..which he confessed to, well there is hardly one person in that house who has not stolen something.

Eugene's trousers were tidied into Max's drawer by Orlaith, who tends to pop things into the nearest one when she gets fed up of the mess. That's how she knows what's in people's drawers too.
Don't forget that Science's comb also went missing, and was returned to him via the Diary Room, presumably after it had got swept up with returned party materials or something.
I suspect half of this stuff doesn't go missing at all, they just lose it.

You would think that in a confined house like that they would know how many cigarettes they each had (I presume they buy them from the shopping budget) and would notice if someone was smoking more than they'd bought.
Personally I think that Craig made it up about Science stealing his cigarettes as he only mentioned it during a big bitching session against Science.

Derek was also saying last night that 'cigars' have gone missing and attributed this to Science. Everyone knows that Science took one (which he admitted to) but now Derek is suggesting he has done it on more than one occasion. Surely someone would've noticed if Science was suddenly smoking cigars?

I was also confused by Craig's arguments regarding his cigarettes last night. One minute he said that Science must be a thief because he seems to know that people keep things in their drawers. (Wow, that would be difficult to work out in a house with so little storage!) Then he said that Science helped himself to cigarettes from his drawer without permission. Then he stated that he had given Science permission to get a cigarette from his bed, not his drawer, as he keeps the cigarettes in a shoe on his bed, but that Science didn't know this was where he kept them!

Craig definitely did give Science permission to go into his drawer. I was watching it live - the other night Craig was massaging Anthony's feet and he asked Science if he could fetch the moisturizer for him, Science said can I have a cig then so Craig said yes.

Exactly slappers(if I may call u that), I've thought that its BB all along either that or their complete paranoia! It goes back to Sam's time when she seemed to feel her clothes had been stolen. I also couldn't work out whether it was maxwell and his usual pranks.

The sad thing though is the way they are only too ready to pin any bad thing onto Science. I hope they all watch this when they get out and see how far they've stooped.

The HMs seem to have forgotten that, by virtue of several thousands of members watching, we see a good deal more than they do. It's therefore not doing them any good to exaggerate the truth or tell bare-faced lies, since if they're up for eviction they could end up being out come Friday & if they're not up for eviction viewers just pay them back when they eventually are.

That's one of the reasons I like Science. Whatever his other faults, he's totally aware of his place in the house being dependent on the viewers & tries to build an honest relationship with them, showing us both the good & the bad sides to him. He doesn't play up to the cameras like Saskia & our laugh-a-day-geezer Maxwell, but includes the viewers in his world. He's accepted the role of BB in his life from day 1 by calling BB the Big Guy or Big Lass. If he feels he needs to apologise to a HM, he does so, but otherwise he apologises to BB. He knows that the relationships he has with HMs aren't what matter because whatever people say to his face during the week could be a very different story on nomination day. What matters to him is being honest with the viewers, & he's using BB to do that. I think that's what will save him if he's up for eviction - regardless of what the HMs say about him, we've seen more & can judge better.

I hate the way that Derek is always calling Science a 'Thief and a Liar' if no-one takes him up on it he will repeat it and then sit back with a sly smirk on his face and let all the others rant on about it. Yes he did take one of Derek's cigars, he did it openly in front of everyone else and even let Derek see him smoke it, in light of the others taking things and not owning up to it, that's stealing, and no way does he do that. Craig was also accusing Kemal of taking the packets of cigarettes the other night. Behind his back of course, until it was pointed out to him that he had given Kemal a packet earlier on. He should remember that to be a good liar he should also have a good memory.

Craig's been proven as a thief (shopping list last week). The others have short memories.

Acouple of days ago Craig was convinced that it was Derek and/or Kemal that had taken them - haven't you noticed that Derek and Kemal have been smoking quite a lot over the last few days and Craig said to Anthony that he was almost certain that it was them and yet to suit his purposes he now blames Science - suits Derek's purpose as well doesn't it?

Aye bloody hypicrites the lot of them...although if they had tried to work together at the start and trusted each other instead of seperating out biscuits etc into plasic bags for each other....and hadnt used the bizzare prison bartering system then things might not have got to this stage

Totally agree with your comments. I expect Science will be up for eviction this week because they all plotted to do so. Let's hope the public keep him again, just to wipe that smug grin of Craig's face - who, by the way, I think needs to see the phsycologist about his obesseive behaviour towards Anthony. It's getting beyond a joke now

I don't believe these packs of cigarettes have gone missing, I think I'm right in saying Max gave Craig 4 packs & Craig had probably traded at least a couple. I clearly remember him asking Science to do something & telling Science to take cigarettes from his drawer for doing so, last week. When Craig thought him Ant & Kamel were up for eviction he also gave Kamel a packet & told him to trade them if he, craig went & when the eviction twist happened he firstly accused someone of stealing cigarettes but then admitted to Ant that he had given a pack to Kamel & Kamel was giving them away & in future they would only be traded & not given away.

How come that they all hide their own personal toilet rolls? that seems so odd to me

Because people like Anthony waste the loo roll by wrapping himself up as a mummy.
