...Probably the most odious despicable creepy housemate in all 6 series of BB

the main reason for watching now is in the hope of him having an emotional breakdown - couldnt happen to a nicer guy

So looking at the other housemates I find myself asking, who else really deserves to win?

I love Kemal, I think Dereks great - Heck i've even got some time for Eugene, but none have added dramatically to the viewing of the show, often sitting on the side-lines rather than getting right involved in the action.

Craig has been one of the most interesting housemates in there this year. From the outset when he went in with one of the worst audition videos ever, to becomming incredibly funny with Mary and co, before becomming an absolute bitch alongside Lesley after forming Team Britney, to sharing a mutual exchnage of insults with Maxwell - who he had one of the most intriguing relationships - before becomming firmly established in Team Saskia and again going down in my estimations...right up to where Saskia and Maxwell got shown the door and he once began to come into his own a bit more. But throughout all of this he's provided us with one of the most talked about points of the whole show - him inadvertantly falling for his 'best friend' in the house Anthony - through which he has bonded and shared his frustrations with Derek, and gone on an emotional rollercoaster in the process in a journey to find out who he really is. Heck, now, psychotic stares aside, I have grown quite fond of the boy and you know - think he would deserve to win. What do others think>”

I think NOT

I can see your point and early on in the series I thought that, as I didn't seem to like anyone much, that I would support the housemate playing the best game. As time has gone on though I find myself needing to find something likeable about the people I am supporting. This is where Craig lets me down as each time I feel like I could like him he does something like yesterday and proves to me that he isn't likeable at all.

He has played a good game and has entertained me but a winner? - no way!

OMG! I thought this thread was a piss-take from the title but it’s real!!!!

OP still supporting him after tonight?

But i'd much rather see him win than Anthony or Eugene for example and I will stand by that.

Okay, I can see your point here. Perhaps I'll reserve judgement until the final week. If he is still there I will give your thread some more thought.

Glad to hear it. I'm just fed up of people saying 'well he's just a good, nice bloke' etc with nothing more than that about housemates and using that as justification for them winning.

I really think the winner should bring more than just being nice. It's bland but likeable syndrome, Cameron summed that up nicely, with the likes of Scott (who?) coming 3rd in BB4. There needs to be strong characters in the final week, whilst i'm not jumping on his band-wagon just yet the hype about Science is promissing as at least it means the bland brigade has a controversial albeit entertaining challenger to the title.

Just don't rule out Craig just yet.

I like Craig he makes me laugh, humour is something that is missing in this years BB

Very much so Gertie. Kemal used to crack me up, with his baby dolls and diary room rants - but he's got wrapped up in his conspiracy theory of late. Craigs always the comedian, he does have a good sense of humour - he can crack me up.

Got to say though Dereks 'anyone for champagne' made me laugh out loud tonight!

I used to find Kemal's diary room rants entertaining, but it's a one trick act now

Craig makes me laugh, but not in a good entertaining way, more in 'I can't believe he said that' gawp-at-an-accident kind of way

And agsain, that comment of Derek's, after all his scheming and putting down the poison, that made me laugh out loud because of what I'd already seen, and because of his timing and delivery when his deeds were done, but again, not in a funny or entertaining way

Still it makes a change from listening to Max on BBLB starting most sentences with "I'm not being funny" where I was driven by my inner demons to shout back at the TV set "NO, YOU HAVEN'T BEEN AT ALL , AND YOU'RE STILL NOT NOW!"

I think this year's winner is likely to be a 'best of a bad bunch' victor

At this moment in time, would Craig be evicted if he was up against Makosi? I know she's still on many peoples hit lists, but Craig doesnt seem to have done himself any favours of later. I think the next couple weeks could see some very interesting evictions.

I want craig out all I can hear of him is "DO YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN" and "AT THE EDN OF THE DAY RIGHT". He's getting to naughty with Anthony who is in 2 minds. He deserves not to win but get out of it he's a horror movie to watch on tv or a xfile alien more like.
