It shows IMO how desperate she's become - Sunday night she was threatening to disrupt the noms process by talking about nominations to everyone, now she's trying the nudity tack again. Sounds like she's reckons she's up for eviction and is running out of options to save herself fast.

The desperate old slapper really IS desperate, isn't she? All she can think of that may get people on her side is sex-related, nothing else. After her disgraceful scene-stealing antics on the stairs last week she's tried a few confrontational conversations, which is the way to redeem yourself, but she clearly can't be bothered with the hard work and/or mental strain involved when more lying might work just as well.

‘I’m going naked’ + ‘I’m having my period’. It’s not great timing, but then she is far more stupid than anyone could giver her credit for.
