Defending Science at last. It's the best thing she's done upon entering the house.

100% agree

I find Science and Makosi's relationship really interesting - there seems to be a kind of mutual respect. She is about the only person in the house who can manage to have a conversation with him.

At last Makosi what took you so long!

yeah it was a great moment when she defended him in a room full of haters.

Whilst it is good, I do have in the back of the mind that she heard the crowds cheers too.

Yes, Makosi is not saying that Science is 100% in the right but that other people gang up and attack him on irrelevant things.

It is sad to watch them: Kemal, Eugene, Craig and Derek bitched and backstab Science with no one else dare to say a wise word in defence of Science.

Now at last Makosi does

Admittedly, she's more interesting about having her name tainted, but she's still defending Science' name.

Yeah, lets forget how much shit she's stirred and insecurities she's played on, the vile posoinous woman.

Derek was an arse. He had no right to speak for the 7 in the group and Makosi was right to stand up to him, its about time somebody did.

Toatl respect for Makosi. They really are a bunch of weak willed sheep who hang onto Dereks every word.

Well done Makosi for refusing to be dragged down by them.

Makosi needs some plus points but I bet this doesn't make the highlight show

Ah good. Hopefully the pair will be up and one of the gruesome twosome will get off my TV screen.

I'm not watching the live feed so can't comment in-depth but Makosi defending the underdog may been seen by the more cynical amongst us as a pretty good way to repair her standing in the eyes of the GBP

As so many of the housemates are behaving like sheep, and just following the stronger HMs leads, will some of them follow this lead and start saying what they really think, rather than hang on to a gang mentality? I wonder

Actually, when Derek took Science to one side (in the bedroom I think) and gave him that fatherly advice a while ago, I found that quite a moving moment, but it all seems to have gone downhill from there unfortunately

We need more light and shade from the housemates, rather than just sticking to their positions regardless

At least she has the cop on to realise it's the right and fair thing to do and that the public are likely to see it that way.

She is sticking up for Science 'stop thinking as a unit - we all have our own opinions.'

More tedious gameplaying from Makosi. She will fool some people of course.

My first thought, too, spiv. I'm glad she backed up Science as it sounds like he's been horribly outnumbered, but my, she's a manipulative one, that.

What does she have to gain from it? She knows she is hated by the public, she knows Science is hated by the HM's. Everybody knows she has a relationship with Science - if she were to turn against him, you'd be saying it's a gameplan
