Can we please all agree that when the noms are announced that only one thread is created on the matter so not to swamp the frst two pages of threads on the same subject.

no i don't agree. A single thread would be far too dense.

During the short time I've been reading this forum, absolutely every single time anything major happens, multiple threads appear. So I think the OP is wasting his/her breath
