Although I do find Alex a little over bearing at times I do think he's right about the pissing in the shower thing. I would hate to stand in someone else's piss wouldn't you??? I don't think anyone feels that they can side with Alex because of fearing that they too will be an outcast among the group. Surely pissing in the shower is something that kids do maybe once or twice, but adults? I feel sorry for him because he has been "attacked" for sticking to what he feels. As for his towels, wouldn't you hate it if someone helped themselves to your towels, make up, duvet whatever???
The point of being in the house among other things is to try and get along with the other housemates, and that means consideration to others as well.

at least Jonny has offered to sort things out, But poor Alex is vowing to hold out, to keep himslef from the Jonny crew, for as long as it takes, to sit outsdie in the rain if he has to to not be in the same room as them. Jonny means well, give him credit for that. But after what he was doing and saying earlier, it's a bit belated, and Alex is not budging on principle. I really am admiring Alex more for this stand... but I wonder if he will have a change of heart - he'll think about it, I think he will have to, to survive. Maybe they'll see they actually have more in common than they think, and get closer as a result. I think both of them need to steer clear of Jade tho'.

Well if Alex buckles then why have decent hygiene principles?

In real life is someone is a dirty scumbag then you can just ignore them and choose your own friends.
