Has anyone else lost their live feed?
All I can get is a note requesting my ISP but when I click on e-mail us, it doesn't work.
Any advice, please?

Mines gone too - and I've paid. You should have been sent a mail from feedback@euro.real.com asking you to e-mail them if you have any problems. I hope they sort it out soon as I'm getting withdrawel symptoms already.

i have just had this error too, i am subscribed on the free trial. does anyone know why this error occurs?

I dunno but they should refund whoever has paid for this.

Do you think they have switched it off because of all the people using the free live feeds??? I got the url passed onto me by email last night, so by now there will probably be thousands using the free feeds (the email went back to last tuesday)

I had a problem sending my ISP details but when I reduced the screen size to normal I was able to use the link OK.

Mine went off in the last hour & I haven't yet had an email from them only a message when I try to click on live mix

I'm with NTL and I can't get a live feed either. Have BB made any announcements about a fault to their servers or anything? Clearly it is NOT our ISPs that are the problem. I am a trial subscriber and a week to go! They better get it sorted pretty pronto or they'll lose sooooo much dosh it's untrue!

Mine's been off for an hour 1/2 ( On the channel4 forum people are now saying it's something to do with the free feeds people have been watching. Don't know how much of that is true though.

I'm with Pipex and I can't beleive that they are having problems with Real. I can't even get into the C4 forums - I just get an error message

C4 have always said that all IP addresses are logged and verified as authorised users, if your IP is not static then it could be possible that your new IP has been blocked by one or more pirate viewers using the service illegally.

but by rights you should have an authorisation cookie on your system, providing your registration details to RealOne Networks.

You can guarantee that those of you that are paying for the service are being swamped by the pirates who are unwilling to pay. Not that would pay for a service that was 2mins behind the Free service on E4, but then I do not have/want Real software near my computer.

I don't have E4 and don't want it. I'm not happy having to use Real but the quality over broadband is quite good - when it works.

The feed from the BB site is working now, if u are using the free feed i've been told its not workin anymore.

Its pretty obveous Real have BBC streaming services have notified C4 about the pirate.....you really think they're gonna re-activate the old stream urls?
