I think Alex looks Malnurished.

And he keeps going on about everyone else's persoanl hygiene and he has yet to lift a razor anywhere near his face.

He's starting to bear a close likeness to Howard Hughes in more ways than one.

Facial hair isnt about hygiene! Its not as if he came in cleanly shaven and grew his facial hair, its how he likes it!

And according to the live updates he shaved today, he cleans it so theres nothing wrong with it!

I was drawing everyone's attention to the fact that he is obsessed with everything being perfect, yet he looks like a scruff.

Anyway he came in with a small goatie not a scruffy bread.

I think you may be right on the ED issue. Then again, he may just be careful; it's hard to distinguish between the two. What it reminds me of is that incredibly bad singer in the red dress they got to perform on 'Pop Idol' as a piss take, who had obviously developed an ED since the time they had filmed her. Alex looks much more solid in his audition tape. Maybe he lost loads of weight in the meantime because he was paranoid he'd look fat on TV, and because he's hoping BB will give his modelling career some life after the lull it has been going through.

look, he's a male model. He has to starve to keep in shape according to the needs of current trends. He comes into the house. Stuffs himself. He gets constipated. He feels guilty at all this food bingeing. He gets worried and frustrated. And this hygiene obsesion ties in with probable dysfunctions in other areas. He has admitted he was a lonely only child too. He is probably f*cked up.

But that aside, he is an honest bloke, with principles, who is prepared to say it as he sees it on camera, and I can only admire him for that, and for the most part his grievances are justified... but with not enough mental diversion going on in the house everything is being magnified way out of proportion. In the real world we'd have had a laff at Alex's moaning, and then gone on to think about other stuff we had to think about to get by that day. And C4 is totally unfairly editing footage to make Alex look bad: Jonny good.

nah I just think the channel 4 editors have never had a clue about showing what really happens on big brother . I remember watching bb1 and bb2 a lot and when I watched the channel 4 show it was as though they cut out a lot of key moments!. I wonder if the editors are allowed to lay bets on who wins BB
