Channel4 proggy tonight

I can't believe they didn't show Alex & Jade's conversation that they had yesterday about the whole Jonny situation! (then jade going to tell all the others how she 'shouted at jonny' - yeah whatever)

It proved how twofaced and over dramatic she can be.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr @ channel4. It's like they don't want people to see what she's like!!

The editing on C4 is very annoying.

Tonights show was pathetic, it showed nothing to reflect the actual goings on in the house and proceeded to just show clips of people crying about Alex.

He will go on Friday whether he deserves to or not, C4 have seen to that with the way they edited it to look as though he was the 'baddie' and Jonny the 'goody'.

I don't think Jonny is the goodie, but I think Alex needs help. (Of the Mental Variety)

The nightly show is just FAR too short.
Theres no way you can sum up everything (especially everything interesting that happens) in half an hour.
BBLB is too short as well. I can see the same thing happening with the next eviction just as the last 2 years.
They squeeze in an interview, which is always rushed and after that you never really hear anything from any of the evictees.
Obviously they come back on BBLB but only in a VERY small capacity.
Theres so much more they could actually do, and it would be cheap (as it's already there for them to use) tv.

did get some good shots in of Kate desperately hanging onto Spencer. Talk about marking your territory

Just watched the C4 show, and it looks as though they've decided to set up Alex as the baddie of the house. Sure, he's being weird to the point of psychosis, but to make it look like everything is his fault, is infuriating. Kate TOOK his stupid duvet, and he went and got it back (a bit too emphatically, but that's Alex).

People who just watch C4 are going to vote him out in droves.

Kate didn't take his duvet. He was passed out on the sofa after drinking a bottle of champaign when the others grabbed some matresses and quilts to sleep outside. He just went into the girls bedroom and grabbed the first boys quilt he saw and didn't give a toss about who was sleeping under it.

agreed with this post, 100%

Sorry but from where I am from, we are taught to respect women, thus in him stealing the quilt as she slept, knowing this, shows he has no respect for her.

Sorry but that gives him a Ungraded mark in my books.

It's hardly a matter of gender; he just shouldn't have done it, period. Anyway, did he even see it was Kate?

Re C4 editing, I'm disgusted they're not showing Jade for what she is; if I didn't read the website I woudln't have an idea of what a complete f*cking b*tch she is! How the hell didn't they show the bit where she called Kate "a f*cking dog"? That's juicy stuff! Do they have "characters" rather than real people in mind from day one? When Mel from BB1 complained about how selective editing could present such a different picture, I thought it was just her being a sore loser about being so unpopular, but I tend to agree now. That said, she _did_ pluck her pubes in the garden, and the camera never lies.

What surprises me is how little of Spencer they are showing. He has been really entertaining on the web streams I've been watching at night. Leading all the games and having a good laugh. If you just watched the C4 show he appears to be a psychotic loner who never says anything. Maybe they are saving him for later in the series.

i didn't see tonights BB or BBLB, but they had already done a hatchet job on Alex last night, and if I hadn't seen how one sided it was in FAVOUR of Jonny I wouldn't have believed it myself. By the sounds of it, BB/C4 are just adding the nails to Alex's coffin. WHY? They could have concentrated more attention on Jade or anybody.

PS THANKS ADMIN

Judging by C4's crappy editing, I now understand why people have grievances about press and media coverage.

Journalists can sway you any way they want by leaving out all the releavnt bits and just showing what suits them.

The programme is not showing a fair picture of what is happening. As usual with the media, the C4's editors are controlling public opinion - they obviously have a vested interest in protecting Jade and exposing Alex and Sandy.

Who'll win Big Brother? You decide?

No, the C4 editing team decides....

Which begs the question - "what's the point of this programme anyway?" - is it a public gameshow asking the public to make decisions on who should go based on what they see on the C4 show/E4 show/Interactive/Web feeds, or is it just a selfish TV experiment with the public element being a sideshow to make us think we're actually involved?

Heres a likely scenario - shown live on E4

9am Sandy yawns and gets out of bed

10am Big bitching session - Kate, Jade and Jonny stick the knife in - duration 1 hour

11am Jade spends 1.5 hours crying in the girls room, Kate and Jonny slag off Alex and Sandy to the point where their ears are on fire

12.30 Alex makes a brief defamatory remark about Jade
12.31 Ditto Sandy

12.32 - 17.00 Sunbathing, very little dialogue

Heres what is shown on C4 the next day

Sandy yawning, Alex's brief remark, lots of lying in the sun and Jade slapping cream on Adeles arse, the housemates eating their dinner....

Maybe Alex asked the producers to let him leave and they persuaded him to stay until Friday's eviciton?

They might be short on decent replacement housemates.

Alex's brief remark”

Not forgetting extended 10 minute coverage of Alex justifying his comment to BB in the Diary Room

Something weird is going on - the post I made regarding Spencer above has also appeared on the C4 forum under the username ihatechannel4 as can be seen here http://forum.channel4.com/forums/for...70&offset=3930 and I didn't post it.

ooo, intrique!

Not only is channel4 interested in manipulating public opinion (are *we* the experiment?) and simply making vast amounts of cash (realplayer/livestream subscription), they have have to steal their material from elsewhere too!!!

Alledgedley! (that for legal reasons)

Campaign: Alex has to stay, along with Sandy, they are simply too entertaining!

(excuse the spelling, I can't, you see!)
