OR boil up Spencers socks in 2 pints of water, strain, cool, add a pint of Jonny's wee and ALL have to drink a glass of the juice... they pass the task if 5 or more ppl have not gagged or vomited!

Actually, dun posted a real task... will let u know if it gets used in the series!

What is the best or worst feasible task that you could come up with for the housemates? ”

I have not seen a shed as was in BB2 from Helen&Paul Fame so what about.

give the housemate some boxes enclosed with a self assembly shed and load of self assembly furniture to be fitted inside, allow the housemate 4 hours to erect and furnish the garden shed..

BB should provide plans on its precise location for erection, plus Camera's could be fitted while the HM's are confined the Bedrooms for about 30mins

I think I read the best idea from a newsgroup. Basically it involves the following game

Game is Called 'Sidelined by Press-Ups'

There are 10 housemates, and they have to pick between the group 5 people to do this physical task. Obviously they need to think about the physical task's title as while it insunates doing Press-ups they do not neccesarily want to choose the five fittest people.

Anyway once they have chosen the 5 people to do the 'task' it involves the following

THE CHALLENGE - 'Sidelined by Press-Ups'

They have to complete say 500 press-ups within say 20 minutes (the programme makers can work out a fair but hard number to do). So if they had to do 500 pressups in 20 mins then 5 of them would have to collectively do 500 pressups to complete the task within the alloted time. It may workout that one of the members of the 5 complete 10 pressups and another completes 120 in the same time!, as long as they collectively complete 500 (or whatever figure channel4 decide upon) then they have completed the task!.

Now when they are told to take their positions - its the 5 people who were NOT chosen to take the challenge, therefore its not the five fittest people they have chosen to do the task...because the title of the challenge is called 'Sidelined By Press-ups; therefore insunating that the challenge is done by not the 5 people picked but the people NOT chosen!. Therefore to really complete the challenge they need to think before diving in and choosing the five fittest people, if they thought about the challenge - they would choose the five unfittest people in there so that the 5 fittest actually do the challenge!.

Feel free to email this challenge if anyone thinks its good?.

Remember it has to be showm over 30minutes live on c4 so i dont think itll be a 24hr task. does the whole task take up the 30mins or does it go over? ”

sorry to say, but some tasks have lasted for upto 72hours, such as in BB2 the housemates had to keep fire burning in garden for 72hours, 2 housemates had to be with the fire at all times, unless specifically instructed by BigBrother, in BB1 they had a 24hour cycling round the garden.

This years Tasks have been very weak and not any sort of challenge, and team effort has not been evident, hopefully BB will rectify this and put some real challenges to the HM's

Indeed, this Big Brother is only coming to two weeks old and I'm sure even the housemates have questioned how "tough" BB actually is.
Look at it likes this Big Brother was promised to be tougher and why should we question that at such an early stage, I feel Big Brother is giving the house a sense false of security hence giving them £400 for shopping in a week.

I' m standing by the theory that they will shock them one day and it will get very though indeed.

I really hope so, because I am getting bored with watching them back-stabbing each other at every oportunity, I think its the boredom getting to the HM's they need some real distraction

I'm hoping they have a task near the end where they are all pitted against each other - like the Mind, Body and Soul task in BB1. It was really interesting seeing the reactions when they learned it was a competition between themselves.

curtain making.

Each housemates has to make, say five, curtains in a given time. The last one to complete the task will then have to put all the stuff away (in other words its some kind of race). It'll be hilarious! (can you imagine it?? "Where's that dam needle!!", "I've dropped a stich!!" etc), NB the housemates wont be allowed to speak at any point during the task.

The point is:- What the housemates won't realise is that they only have enough material for FOUR curtains (not FIVE as big brother told them!!!!). I think it'll take them ages to work it out (about two hours)

Jade will be excempt from the task.

Any comments??
(please be brief as I'm quite busy at the moment)
Thanks

Why don't they give them 10 easy questions an a subject that they all should know backwards and reward them with a £400 food budget fory the week.

Sorry - stupid idea - there is no way that they would do this in the new, improved, tougher Big Brother.
”

Yes, but that was just to lull them into a false sense of security, so that when the tough times really hit, they're gonna feel it *bad*. Besides, if they're frivolous enough to bet 100% first time round, they'll probably do it again and fail, and then they'll really know pain...

I SOOOOO hope that's the case - imagine how lame it would be if this is as tough as it gets!!

Have there been any tasks in BB1+2 that involved water?

I'm trying to put together a task to send and just want to make sure I'm not wasting my time as I haven't watched alot of the previous two BBs.

Also, looking at channel 4's Big Brother site the email address to send tasks to in the news item "Become Taskmaster" has changed from editor@bigbrother.channel4.com to help@bigbrother.channel4.com in the last hour or so.

They didn't bet 100% this time. They were given a choice between winning £400 or just basic supplies. In the past shows they had a choice of betting up to 70% but this year it's different.

This is my idea, it may be a bit crap but here goes.

The idea is that the HM's have to recreate each other's original video applications for the show. So this wud involve them all having 2 know wot each one did in their vid. Then, Big Brother calls a HM at random and asks them to recreate the events which occurred in another HM's vid.

This wud range from Jonny falling over in the street in wot appeared 2 b a big puddle, to Alison's rather resourceful "Here's wot's in my handbag" to um... Lee's stripping off. I think possibly Kate or Sophie shud be asked to re-enact this one.

I really wouldn't have a clue as to how to e-mail this idea 2 the powers that be at Channel 4, so if sum1 else can be bothered if they think it's a good idea, then go ahead.
