Yep - same here

works here - try forcing an update

1) unplug power at back
2) hold down power button on front of pace stb
3) plug power back on
4) wait about 8 seconds until the words pace come up (i think its pace)
5) let go of the power button on the front of the pace stb
6) press 4 3 2 1 then OK buttons on front of pace STB
7) wait for the download to complete (3-5 mins?)

then try it again

They aren't on TWAD, that trick doesn't work for Sky Digital.

First check if any other the other interactive services are working (i.e Sky News Active etc), if they aren't then a reset should fix it, if they are and E4 still isn't working then there is probably a problem at their end.

That happened to us a week or so ago and unplugging the sky box and waiting a few minutes did the trick.

sky news active and bbci are ok, just done software reset thingy and still no bb interactive...oh well, i'm bored watchin lee exercising so it's off to bed.

A point that should be noted is BB interative on E4 is not a 24hr service, its advertised as 18hrs of interactive, but if you do not switch out of the interactive screens then the signal continue, we have one of our SkyDigi boxes continiously on the E4 Interactive service, the other we switch to whatever other channel we want, Both boxes feed all the TV's in our house 4 of them, so we can watch E4 or any other channel in Bed.

Before the broadcast started they were advertising that the E4 feed would only be 18 hours a day, but they now seem to have changed to advertising it as 'day and night', which presumably means 24 hours. I think that last year the interactive service wasn't available during the evening, presumably to prevent problems with the live shows on C4, but this year it seems to be a 24 hour feed so far - apart from last night when the red dot died.
