As soon as Davina mentioned his name, it was as though he switched from being nasty, and put on an expression that he was sweet, loveable, endearing Kemal.
The look on his face just looked like he assumed he had this in the bag and was going nowhere.
His expression looked as though he was expecting to get a cheer.
If you watch it again, he really did seem to think he was going to get cheered.
I can't be sure, but it looked as though he was just about to put his hand up to give the viewers a little wave.
If I remember rightly, the last time he heard the crowd he got cheered didn't he?
He must have really, really, thought the crowd had fallen for his little act, and gone along with every target he wanted out of the house.
That was a good result due to the reaction from Kemal to the boos you just knew he didn't expect to get.
Another casualty of smugness setting in I think.
Just because he and Derek got their way every week, he must have thought the crowd were genuinely on his side and agreeing with every little vindictive comment that came out of his mouth.
Probably second only to the Maxwell eviction for the reaction gave due to the boos.

You could tell that he was really shocked he got booed. How I do not know, when everyone has been booed but there you go. Shows the arrogance of the man. Made me LOL though 
Not too mention the fact that we all have a pretty good idea that the first time he wore heels was entering the BB house and therefore we haven't fallen for the "fake Kermal".
