Virgin mobile online account login change
Got caught out by this yesterday. I usually top up every few months online. You used to have to put in your mobile number plus a passnumber to log into your account. So I was tapping these details in and not having success so I tapped them in again and again until I got locked out of my account. Then I read the screen
they've changed it to mobile number and passWORD. Needless to say I couldn't remember what this was. Found out what it is now though. Going to see if my account unlocks itself if not I'm going to have to ring Virgin and confess.

haha! Your not the only one! I was confused for ages trying to figure out why I could not login. Eventually, I pressed the forgot password link and they sent me the password in mye e-mail. it was only then that I realised that I needed the password not the passcode.
I suppose they should have made it more clearer! |

The same thing happened to me. They should have publicised the change really as not everyone remembers their password.

So I wasn't the only one then
Haven't got round to phoning Virgin to get it unlocked yet. Was it quite straightforward?

Hi Rob
No, I didn't get an e-mail. Gave up trying to contact customer service and topped up at a cash machine instead. |

Cheers. Might have to look at getting a new phone and I want to get my £10 off as an existing customer and to do that I need to get into my account!
