give him a break. it's not like he's married to her is it? he's only 22 after all. in time when he finally ends up all alone he will realise what a silly boy he has been to go round flirting with so many different ladies. there's nothing you can do or say at the moment thats gonna change him, i really believe this. it will take for him to end up all alone without the one he really loves, then thats when he'll realise. thats how it usually turns out with young guys like him isn't it. they live for now and want to have their cake and eat it. you wont change him. he'll have to learn the hard way.
