Hmm, someone who will share alex's high standards of cleanliness ? Posh is good.
Wonder how this dude will get on with the commoners, especially our dear Jade.

How long will it take Sophie to 'bond' with him? With a bit of luck he might be gay.

Its a wonder that someone hasn't leaked all his info yet , Certain papers knew all about Sophie the day before she came in

Jade, poor girl. Is one a type of person who you just love or hate.

I have to say I think she does brighten the BB house up with her, lets say..... lack of knowledge.

Who knows, the new "posh" housemate might like it.

As far as I remember there were 2 'posh' blokes on that show. 1 we got to see and he seemed ok and then another one (I think it was another one) who we only saw the boots of at the end of the show.

No offence cheese but they've had heteros in every BB and it gets terribly repetitive.............

i thought i heard Davina says "SHE'S posh"

maybe it is the transexual former-child-antique-expert-curly-haired one who appeared on "how not to..."

also, nice attempt by Davina to correct Lee about his concerns on how he was "portrayed" on tv.

seems there's a major push by bb to bolster public support

Rubbish, how would it ruin it? I actually think that's rather a homophobic comment.

Think of all the people who have said that the last two BB's were much better, don't you think some of that popularity might have been due to Anna, Brian, Mel, Nichola and the rest?

Davina did say "he's posh", besides they've told us it's a bloke already.

that's a slightly disappointgly stereotypical judgement from YOU. I've known several "posh" people who were complete slobs (especially if they werte used to others doing their cleaning etc for them- like me for instance.). Why doyou think that a posh person would be "clean"?

According to another site, their inside sources tell them that it's allegedly a posh guy in his 20's called Tim, who may have been on that programme " How not to ......

Did u hear PJ say that if they brought a gay guy into the house (and Sophie was saying that'd be great) then he would win hands down wouldn't he... "because women like things like that...." !!!!!!!! He was reprimanded a bit for that and seemed to unconvincingly take it back, but clearly IF this new guy is gay, then the HMs are goin to be freaked!!!!!

Btw, I have known posh blokes so called, and they are as dirty as hell as any other dirty blokes! But if he is gay, and dunno why but I think he might be, I for one will be really interested to see how he fairs against the likes of Jonny, PJ and Spencer? Yeah, Alex WILL see him as a threat and sulk! Yet another BB3 moment to wait for! Give the producers some credit, they have been trying the last few days haven't they?!

How cruel to put that Nice-but-Tim from how-not-to...!!!

If it is going to be him that is.

He reminded me a bit of Ben Fogle from that Scottish island prog. The one with the horrendous medical family.

Actually, put the wife in from that. She was truly, truly awful

Well, i can quote you numbers on it if you like.
You want statistics on which demographic, group of people, class of people- however you want to say, certain classes do things differently.
Where i live, the 'social' class is c3-c1, its essentially 'common'. Young children on the streets at night, whereas a friend of mine lives in a dormatory village -social class b1-b3, you dont get children on the streets at night. Class is everything. It is however a matter of choice.
I hope i've made myself quite clear on what i am getting at.

Ohh, and if you're we're going to use 'Posh' , then the word on the other side of this continum is 'common'. Thus to term people like Jade as Common, is perfectly fine, if you're going to label the new guy as 'posh'.

Sorry everyone, but io've GOT to reply to this: briefly (cos I'm pissed): if you've studied statistics of any sort (and as a psychologist you woould have) you'll know that knowing the stats only tells you the PROBABILITY of any particular INDIVIDUAL being whatever, so all you can say is that an individual will PROBAB:LY be clean etc so that's fine. It was just that you seemed so certain in your posting: stats does NOT equal CERTAINTY only PROBABILITY. Which I know you know, just letting u know that I know.

Frankly, if Davina (love her to bits) says someone's posh, that doesn't really mean much...
