Right this may be a bit of a long post, so to those not named, it is not exactly worth your time reading, and so I advise you to scip to the next post following this thread.

You are all breaking the rules set out by this forum and I will just quote them for you, as you seemed to of scipped through the T.O.S when you were registering to use this forum:

2.1 You must not post or transmit through the Digital Spy Site any defamatory, threatening, obscene, harmful or pornographic material or material which would violate or infringe in any way upon the rights of others (including intellectual property rights, rights of confidentiality, or rights of privacy) or cause distress or inconvenience or which do not comply with all relevant laws. You must not post messages that are vulgar, crude, sexist, racist, homophobic or otherwise offensive. Always treat other users with respect.

Now basically what this means is, for those of you in the little list above, is that you must and always will treat other users with respect when posting, you will submit posts that continue on with the thread as to why it was started, and you will NOT, argue, post negative comments about one another whilst using it.

Now I am aware of the Moderators on here being a little lax on this subject, but I am sure they are trying to do their jobs correctly and try to create as little fuss as possible, but posts such as the ones you were creating were clearly breaking the set rules.

If you do feel that someone is being racist or defamatory towards something you feel strongly about, be the most mature about it and report it, like we have on many occasions been told to do so, don't try and solve it yourself by dragging yourself into an arguement which was not yours to begin with, there is no point, no right and purely no sense in doing so.

I can understand that the comments made by other users and enrage you and otherwise make you see red, and want to lash out, but its like in life, you have the capacity to walk away, and so just like in real life, the rules are there to make sure you do so.

Report it and let the guys who have been employed to look after this forum, look after it, you will do yourself no good in replying to their posts calling them morons or otherwise.

Indeed (this is a general comment aimed at all users of the boards) - please just report troublesome posts using the "alert" link at the bottom of the offending post - the moderating team will deal with it as soon as possible . While I appreciate sometimes it is difficult to ignore offensive comments or baiting, replying only makes the situation worse. Given that we've now veered so far off topic, I'm closing the thread - please bear in mind the alert feature in future, please!

Update: Sorry, was a little unclear. Constructive debate and argument is welcomed, but veering into the realms of offensive and/or personal comments isn't acceptable.
