Corrie Wednesday 17 August
No thread for the UK's No1 soap.
I thought it was a really good episode apart from the Shelley and Charlie bits.  .I loved the look on Violets face when she was listening to Jack and Danny in the pub. Jack thinks he is OK at the moment but the novelty will soon wear off. Sally ( Rosie at Oak Hill is not negotiable ) both silly and annoying. Why does Freda keep doing the sign language. Is this normal for a deaf person who can tgalk quite well.

And Tyrone is mad to be tidying up after him. Let Jack do his own washing, cooking etc., and see what hard work Vera had to do after slaving away at Roy's cafe. |

I don't like this storyline too much but I do feel it serves Jack right. |

I like Danny too especially with the "legs","lippy","fuzz" comments.
As for the awful "mincemeat". I found that nickname for Sean insulting. |

liked last nights ep. Vera leaving was done well, Jack knows he'll miss her now. Also liked the Webster's scenes, Sophie is great!

![]() PC mode on....Is "deaf" an acceptable term? I do apologise if it gives offence but I don't know what else to say.
