I just dont think they couldve scripted it better. Alex was a great winner, and his reactions and choices in the diary room were hilarious. Controlling that many people on live television with such little outside control is always going to be touch and go but it all worked out into a great half hours big brother.

great task, great decision to be made - had me in fits of laughter when Alex was going through all the things he could eat now.
Then he capped it off with that comment about no-one pi**ing on the toilet seats !!!

Excellent, the best yet, it was great to watch Alex in the diary room and am well chuffed he won. Sour grapes from PJ & Spencer, although why anyone would take Jade beats me.

I think he choose Jade because she couldn't cope in the poor side. She made it clear that she may walk if she got stuck there again. He had her best interests at heart.

I also concur; the task and the resulting situation were superbly planned for maximum drama and conflict.

One swallow does not a summer make, though.

I just think we have all lost sight of what a massive operation this is and need to start giving credit where credit is due to the hard working production team. Rather than choosing the easy 'slag off' option all the time.

GREAT STUFF, just as exciting as last week and a real divide between rich and poor has been created now I think as opposed to last week. Guess two rich people could be up for eviction next week though as Jade was silly enough to loose her vote. Makes next weeks task even more vital too. Guess the split idea is paying off for the time being...

I agree that it was handled well and they deserve credit.

However, there is still alot of ground to cover. This result is exciting now, but we still have to face another week of this divide and very little going on.......

I personally never had a problem with it. Thought it made a nice and innovative change to the format. Just think people are too quick to form opinions without letting the whole saga play itself out. The production team and planners arent stupid.

I have to agree that Alex was hilarious though in the DR, Bacon, Sausages, Hot Showers, etc. etc.
His chosen RichMates were equally amusing, Jade & Sophie were real surprises, I expected Jade to remain in the Poor House as she could not influence nomination next week, which she told Alex last night, In fact I think she told everyone except Spencer & PJ about her lack of voting rights this week.

Alex has left himself well open for nomination this week I would expect at least 4 votes from the poor house going to Alex and Sophie.

Not really. I'd still rather see the format of last year reinstated in which they ALL go rich or poor depending on how successfully they did a challenge as a team. I won't get much pleasure seeing Alex being nominated for his choices, and having Spencer and PJ have another week of chick peas!

Taking jade over to stop her walking was a good move as she will no doubt be up for eviction. Where as if she walked before eviction then there would be even more chance that Alex would be up instead?

If he is up then he will probably be up with Jade which still gives him a better chance of staying?

I think this is the whole problem. I dont think its to do with the actual production of the show. I thinks its to do with the fact there is so much e4 coverage. Maybe too much. And you are all expecting something to happen for 24 hours of every day on e4 and interactive. And life, even in big bro just aint like that.

Series one didnt have this kind of coverage so of course we all look at it romantically. We judged it on the highlight programmes. But as series have gone on we are demanding 24 hours of entertainment to match the scheduling. And that just aint going to happen. Life aint like that.

But at least they were more long term tasks in previous BB's which did provide more interest than people sleeping..........
