"Spencer thinks I'm a puff..."

I congratulate Alex once again on his ability to hold himself together.

Adele hit the nail on the head when she commented on the childish and rude behaviour of the others in not respecting Alex's decision, especially when PJ threw his toys out of his pram.

Jade's doing her double - agent routine again - this time reporting incorrect details of PJ's apology to Adele.

Alex should just try to enjoy himself now and knock out PJ come Friday.

What was Alex thinking, I think he's a weed at the best of times but choosing Jade over Kate!!!!!!! He must have lost his marbles. He's still greiving over the loss of his chum Sandy tho.

PJ showed an unfortunate side to him tonight with his childish behaviour. Spencer at least had the good grace to say he had no problem with it after he had gotten over the shock. Well done Alex, neither of them have really shown him any respect since his arrival and now he has had his revenge, and to pick Sophie was the icing on the cake. ”

I've never liked either PJ or Spenny. 'cos they're class 1 slobs IMO. I think PJ's shown a bit of his other side tonight, and that was bound to happen after Alex chose like he did, and I can't blame him for chosing the 3 girls.

I think the main reason why Spenny took a step back, was because of the reason Alex gave. The fact that snidey comments were passed regarding his masculinity, and intimating that he's gay. Spenny made a remark about Alex puting his make up on, plus others aside from that. I think he realised then, that he was slightly out of order, and took a step back.

pj disgusts me, he is a class 1 slob and although jade gets on my wick they way he rejected and denied everything was just so slack. i'm so sorry alex had to endure such rudeness before adele finally spoke up to defend him, why arn't more housemates more outspoken when ppl are so rude?

I think Alex did the right thing ..... what HE wanted !

Like he said, how would Spencer feel (for example) if he was the only one who was left on the poor side. That wouldn't be fair.

Only minutes earlier, PJ was stating how it was a difficult decision and that you would always upset somebody. I would have thought from those comments that PJ would have been understanding ... bu alas he is not !

Could someone say when the PJ tirade happen ?

Was it immediately after Alex's choice or later in the evening ?

Was it on E4 or C4 ?

The spilt happened at around half past ten and the arguments started right away, the big arguement was just after midnight though.

Hey Admin, there's not much point removing a post if the 6 or 7 replies which are quoted in full are left sitting up here for all to see.

Not that it's any of my business at all; slap me.

I disagree: it sends out a message to other would-be gits: and it is MORE effective if people know the sort of content that can get one's knuckles wrapped.

Well done DS staff.

PS: any chance of my being able to start a thread of my own any time soon. Just thought I'd mention it...

cheers

Alex has virtually explained to Spencer that part of his choice for picking him and PJ were their snide remarks on the poor side which suggested he was a puff, namely coments about his masculinity. Alex admitted those comments got him down. They are now giving Alex a very hard time... bast*rds! ”

Boo hoo. Poor little Alex. I have absolutely no sympathy for him after the crude sexist remarks he made about Kate. What a hypocrite.

The poor side. Like it. It's sooo true.

Er, I joined I think last Friday, Thursday , something like that.
Admittedly not long, but all I want to know is how long it does take?

Is it a time related thing, based on number of postings or what?

It's time related. Mark, one of the mods, goes through each new membership to make sure banned members aren't trying to get back on. It shouldn't be long.

I think it's time related. It can't be based on number of posts because I have seen other new members who have made more posts than you.
I would say it's about 3 or 4 weeks before you become a forum member.

I don't think it's that long - it took about a week with me

Heheh.. it's seven days exactly from the time you registered where you get moved to being a full member - this gives us time to keep an eye on people before letting them start threads etc. It's not a perfect system, but it works better than nothing
