Since having my Homechoice installed I have had a recurring problem with a small red 'F' coming up in the right hand corner of my tv when I navigate through the homechoice menus using the remote..

When the 'F' appears it prevents me from turning the volume up/down and changing channels using either the homechoice remote or my TV remote.

Has anyone else experienced this? I have a Phillips TV and am not sure if it's the TV or Homechoice.

I need help, Homechoice were of little help and so far have not offered any solution.

a quick search on this forum will provide u with a fuller answer. Basically, you need to change the hc remote to option 2 - available in help 999 section of homechoice. That'll sort the problem
