People on here seem so good at finding and sharing fantastic new songs and artists that I thought maybe we should have a kind of space for them.

A really great song I heard the other day is 'Come on Chameleon' by The Research (any more info on them would be good, I've never heard of them). You can watch the video in Hi-bandwidth or Lo-bandwidth Windows Media format from the links.

Just had a listen of it just for you. Sounds really good. The only group I could possibly compare it to would probably be Hard-Fi.

I did forget to mention in my first post by the way that 'Come On Chameleon' is out next week so I'll be getting myself out to Virgin then.

If you wanna try something fairly new and good, Oceansize -Heaven Above is a great new single.
An epic, powerful and anthemic rock track with a great chorus

Hurrah, so it's not just me (and Hard-Fi are fab so am liking that comparison!)

I shall check out The Research when I have a minute and let you know what I think!

Heard that yesterday evening on the radio. Epic is a good word to describe it. Wouldn't say it's my cup of char but I love the different sounds within the song. Probably a grower so I'll listen to it some more. It's called 'Heaven Alive' by the way.
